I was only in the car for short amount of time but the driver was very nice to me and my father on my wedding day. The driver talked to us which I really appreciate because it distracted me from my nerves. They showed up on time and allowed me a fancy entrance! It was a great day!

I rented Lelimo’s Lincoln stretch limousine as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. We made social distant stops so friends could wish him happy birthday during this pandemic...and it was AMAZING! The chauffeur Jamie was professional, funny, patient and flexible - couldn’t ask for more! The limo was immaculate and made for a perfect surprise. The manager Dianne was incredibly helpful and personable! I would certainly recommend this company! Thank you Lelimo for exceptional service!

Comming Back Stronger Than ever after the pandemic .

I called around and they gave me the best price. I was skeptical because of the reviews, but I must say I had an awesome experience!I rented the 18 person party bus, and it sat us all comfortably. The driver, Sam, was awesome! He showed up a little early, was extremely pleasant, and very flexible with our constant changes in plans. If I need a limo in the future I will definitely call them again! And I will definitely request Sam again!

We have been using Le Limo yearly the past few years. Each time, the service has been impeccable. We’ve rented every party bus they have and let me tell you, the Grunts know how to party. The drivers are always great! Just amazing. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work. We’ll see you again in December.

The owner of the company was also excellent. He made sure we chose the right vehicle and made booking a breeze. My girlfriend rented out a Black 8 pass limousine for our trip to Newport to see the Nutcracker Ballet at Rose cliff. Our Chauffeur was wonderful. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Prior to our departure he showed us the different controls for heating, lighting, and sound which every professional Chauffeurs should be able to demonstrate to clients that are renting, and to make sure they are comfortable. He communicated to us if there was traffic delays or if there was a detour in our route. The vehicle was spotless which I am very picking about especially for the price we paid. The highlight of the trip was having the limousine pull up to the mansion after the show . The staff at the mansion were impressed and caught attention to all the people leaving the mansion. The audio system was superb too. The next time we need a ride to an event we will make Le Limo part of it.

Rented a 10-person Limo for a High School Prom from Acton to Worcester. Le Limo was easy to work with, easily handled a change in drop-off address, stayed appropriately in touch before the event and did everything exactly as expected on the night. The driver, Ed, was clearly very experienced, helped the guests with connecting to the music system, was easy to contact from the event, pleasant. In short, Id happily use Le Limo again.

Looking back on my September 2, 2017 wedding, there are so many smart wedding planning decisions my husband and I made; hiring Le Limo, is hands down one of the best choices. Our wedding party was 24 people, finding a quality bus for that size party was not easy. The Luxury Liner bus was impeccably clean, SO much fun to drive in, and fit a large bridal party very comfortably. Our driver Robert went above and beyond his job description has helped our wedding day go off without a hitch. The amazing driver, text reminders, prompt and on time service, office assistance, and professionalism shown by the company was the 5 star service every bride and groom want on their wedding day! Hired an SUV to take my husband and four friends to a beer fest in Boston and then to local Breweries for his birthday. Their driver Carlos was fantastic. He was very personable, took good care of the guys and couldnt have been any nicer. Absolutely no problem with directions. Would go back to Le Limo in a heartbeat -- best prices, easy booking, and outstanding service.

Le limo staff were professional and easy to contact for our wedding. They provided a brand new white stretch limousine. They were punctual and brought us to our venues without issues. The only regret we had was not keeping our unused champagne bottles to use for later!!! Highly recommend this company!!

Le Limo provided terrific transportation services for our recent wedding. We used the Mercedes Sprinter for the wedding party and the Rolls Royce for the two of us. The pictures came out amazing! The drivers were polite, on time and very careful driving! Great experience!

The limo’s driver wasn’t helpful and forgot the bride’s dress on the wedding day. Unfortunately, the bride didn’t have her dress for the reception that night. How horrible that already sounds but to add salt on the wound, the owner made it’s like the bride’s fault. No apology for the horrific experience. This is unprofessional way of handling a wedding business. Future brides and grooms, please stay away!!!

Great communication from start to finish - used them for my wedding recently, and Jeff the driver showed up 15 minutes early, waited patiently while we ran around taking pictures, and was a great chauffeur for the entire evening. Le Limo was a wonderful choice for our wedding day! We used their wedding package for a large limo before the wedding and then a town car to pick just my husband and myself up after the reception. Both cars were very clean and arrived early. The drivers were both very nice and helpful - especially for the champagne toast! Thank you Le Limo for helping make our wedding day run smoothly!

It was late in our wedding planning that we decided it would be best to hire transportation to take our families from the hotel, to our family portrait location, and then back to the venue (which was close to the hotel). Given how close we were to our date (only 3 months out, and we were getting married during prom season!) I was pleased to find out that Le Limo had their 26 passenger Land Yacht available for our date! Also, I was impressed by the simplicity of the booking process with Phyllis. We booked their Wedding Package, which had everything and more that we would need for our big day.On our wedding day, our driver, Jim, arrived right on time (if not early). He got there before we even made our way downstairs from our First Look! I should also mention that Jim was very sharply dressed. We have a couple of photos where Jim appears, so it is nice that he was so dressed up.As soon as we arrived in the hotel lobby, Jim introduced himself and explained how things would work for Family Portraits. He would need to drop us off at the location and then drive around, so we should give him 10 minutes warning when we would need to be picked up.My father needed some help getting in and out of the vehicle, and Jim was always right there to help, even pushing him up the steps when he needed it. I really appreciated this given the fact that one of the main reasons we got the vehicle was to make things easier for my dad.We headed to our Family Portrait location. The trip was really fun in the Land Yacht. We have some great photos from both outside and inside, and the vehicle looks great. It was immaculate!When we got to the Family Portrait location Jim was quick to offer us all some much needed water. And after we were done with photos, Jim picked us up quickly (less than the 10 minutes he thought it would take!), and brought us to the venue.It was such a pleasure working with Jim and Le Limo on our wedding day. I had read about many mishaps with transportation, and I am happy to say we did not encounter any of these. Jim always used the quickest route to get us from point A to point B; the vehicle was clean, fun, and ran smoothly; and Jim’s assistance with my dad really helped to make our day a success. Thank you so much Jim and Le Limo for providing us such top-not service!

Unlike a lot of limousine companies I contacted Le Limo was polite, courteous and very responsive. The car was spotless and arrived exactly on time. I will definitely use again!

I booked Le Limo 16 months in advance of my wedding for a party bus. We met with John, the owner at the time and he was great and even told us he was going to throw in a limo for transfer of the bride to church because it would look better in the pics than the party bus. He was very kind and accommodating. However, I noticed the deposit was never withdrawn from our account, so I called back and John had never booked us. We had to call FOUR times because he kept forgetting or losing our information. This should have been a red flag, but we had family that had used the company before with good experience, but one friend who ended up being late to her wedding because the limo was late... Weeks before the wedding I called to process the last payment and confirm all was good to go. We had booked the Land Yacht II 40 passenger ( it was beautiful inside). I called again to confirm everything was all set just a few days before the wedding. My husband I were SO excited for this bus. We talked to family and friends about it over and over and how excited we were because it was gorgeous. On the day of my wedding 1.5-2 hours before pick up I got a call from Le Limo saying that the bus went out the night before and had mechanical issues, they were going to send their trolley. THIS RUINED the moment and morning of my wedding for me. 16 months of anticipating for this to happen. The trolley, they say, is luxury and one of their top rentals but it does NOT compare to the bus we chose and it did not go with my wedding at all. We had NO time to call another company or to seek other options. They should have called me early that morning - not with barely any time to spare. I understand things happen, but this was my wedding, ONE day I will never get back. One thing I appreciate is that they sent the other bus and they were on time and the driver was kind and helpful, BUT 16 months of anticipation to get something we did not want nor choose was so disappointing.If it was rented that day what would they send us? The trolley carries 35 and in NO WAY does it compare to the bus that had large screen tv, a private section, 40 passenger, a bathroom! NO comparison! Andrew, who I believe is the new owner was not understanding. He told us the trolley was rented for the same as the bus. What they dont understand is they completely ruined it for us. We got a very small refund, and when we asked for more he said how about $500 toward your next limo rental? That was the breaking point for me. When would I rent a limo? In addition, my dress was wrinkled in the bus because we had a large party and no space. The pictures taken inside the trolley were disappointing.As I said before, they sent transportation - they think that was good enough, but it wasnt. It does not matter what the other vehicle goes for - it ruined the look and theme we wanted and most of all the excitement that we had and they could care less. Take a look at the pics yourself - they dont compare.

I didn’t realized until I had to change to another dress to greet my clients at their tables. Our Mc had to pull a fake reason I didnt change to my traditional dress because I loved my western dress too much that I decided to keep it. It was a total embarrassment to my families and I. Especially with my wedding tradition.We called the driver the next day and they promised to return my dresses to my house at 2:30pm on Wednesday but he didn’t showed up until around 4:30pm. What kind of business are they running?We talked to the manager/owner Andrew and He obviously he didn’t seem to care or have any sincere apology.So anyone that is looking for a limo for your wedding please be very very very careful. If you want to have a good and happy day on your wedding, don’t even think about Le Limo. You have a HUGE RISK THEY WILL RUIN YOUR ONCE IN A LIFETIME DAY!It was very unfortunate for me so I am just here to warn other brides.Update to Le’s response:Sorry I don’t have time to create another account to give Le a bad review. Instead of taking this as lesson so moving forward you can improve your business you blamed on the bride. You do know that the bride is very busy on her wedding day right? This is exactly the attitude you had when we gave you our feedback on the phone. My day is over so it really makes no difference anymore but I think it’s fair to give other brides a warning about how your business is run. Have a good day!

I was on one of there party buses. It was awesome. Everything was great. The people in the office were nice and the driver was nice. They are great.

This company left our bachelor party stranded. Took payment information and when the bus was late, said they never booked it. Completely unprofessional and potentially ruined a great night.

I had a wonderful experience with Le Limo! We booked them for our wedding, and had the experience with their Trolly! I 100% recommend this! It was so cool proceeding out of the church with a beautiful white Trolly in the background. It made for some remarkable wedding photos! Also, the personal experience between their staff members, Van and Andrew were superb! They were so courteous both on the phone, and Van, our driver, in person. We tried to tip Van additionally, but he refused to accept, and remarked, This is your day, and the tip has already been built in to the price. It was very convenient, and had a couple of bottles of champagne on ice waiting for our wedding party. We had 18 people in our wedding party, and including our photographer, and had so much room on the Trolly. The Trolly was absolutely beautiful, and so much fun! We were able to connect our own music to enjoy during our rides. I will definitely be a return customer. Worth every penny!

Went with a family member who was getting married and the experience is horrible for the price! Overpriced when you can go somewhere else for cheaper. Driver was no help for anything when we would ask for help.

Car smelled, AC didnt work, rude driver. Driver took long route to destination and got us stuck in a traffic jam, had to pay for additional time. Accounting throws out a lot of numbers and billing statement is not self-explanatory.

Le Limo was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Their Wedding Coordinator/Reservationist, Phyllis Bierch, was out of this world organized and responsive. Phyllis took a consultative approved vs a sale approach which I liked. She pieced all of my needs together and suggested different combinations to accommodate my shuttling needs. The day before my wedding there was a snow storm, on top of it being 0 degrees out. WOWZAH. The vehicles/shuttles were sooooo clean, I was shocked, mainly because of the weather. The drivers were courteous and early for every pick up and drop of that we discussed. I like the text service they provided that sent a text when the driver arrived, very efficient. Le Limo was so enjoyable to work with, true professionals!
