We didn’t receive anything in the mail showing our payment was due. Our trash wasn’t picked up. After leaving a voicemail. They called back and informed us that our service was terminated. Not even a chance to pay the bill. I guess the reason was, we were the only customer in the whole neighborhood ! They were always late and missed pickup on numerous occasions. Our new provider will be bringing a can today! So long “Waste Connections” ! My wife is disabled and takes care of the bills while I’m on the road as a trucker. This put a lot of stress on her, which she doesn’t need.

They rarely come to pick up my trash. They’ve missed pickup five of the last ten weeks. They don’t return phone calls either. If the dispatcher does answer the phone, he will dispatch the truck but good luck getting a live person on the other line.

PLEASE SEE THE PAGE NUMBERS WHEN YOU SIGN THE AGREEMENT. This company cant be given even a single star as they follow mal practise in the business. I was given to sign only one page of the agreement and later they switch the other two pages trying to bind me with the agreement for another 3 years which i have not signed anyhow. Also they are jacking up the prices even in the middle of the agreement. They want to rip off the customers money. The attitudes of their employees is also unprofessional. Please be careful with this company. I am giving one star just to post my review. I will go to consumer protection with my case.

We have to Randy and Nathan and they are awesome if I forget to take the stuff to the curb because I have two little kids I cant leave them in the house alone to get it out on time they come to get it for me..
