I cannot say enough positive things about Randy and Pelican Exteriors Power Washing. This is the second time that we have used them, and again, Randy was very responsive and kept me informed before, during, and after our service. He is extremely professional and careful with everything around my house. I honestly believe he treats his customers home like he would his own. Pelican Exteriors Power Washing might not be the cheapest quote you get, but you can count on the best service and customer service around. I wouldn’t trust anyone but Pelican Exteriors Power Washing to do exterior cleaning at my house!

Responded very quickly providing quote and scheduling job. Very professional company with reasonable rates. Cleaned all mold and dirt to bring our home back to new. As a bonus cleaned all windows, saving me that task this year. Covered and or taped all areas around receptacles and locks to prevent water intrusion. We will be using them again and we highly recommend them for you exterior cleaning needs.

Pelican Exteriors power washing did an Absolutely Fantastic job on our house. I was worried because we have hardie board siding but the soft wash was gentle on it but still got the job done. Randy was very professional and detailed, then when he was done, he went over other services that he offered that could help us out more, which I appreciate because sometimes you don’t know who to call. We already scheduled a roof wash with him. We will definitely be getting on a routine schedule with them to keep our house fresh and new!
