Its a top notch tree service, they are definitely a cut above the rest! Modern machinery, experienced hands and full service from start to finish. Very impressive outfit there! The knowledge they share with the customer is on a very professional level but broken down for folks that dont have experience with things like fungus and other types of tree killing rot. In a nutshell I gotta say that I enjoyed the experience.

After months of waiting for other companies just to get a quote. All About Trees came out the same day i had called and gave us a great quote. Even through inclement weather they brought it down, stump grinded, and had it cleaned up. Probably the most competent company and friendliest staff i have dealt with since moving to Shreveport. Had all about trees to come out and treat my crepe myrtle trees for a black fungus. Paid $300 for the treatment and was told there was a guarantee that the treatment would fix my problem. 6 months later the black fungus (or whatever it was) was still on my trees as their guaranteed treatment did no good. I called them and told them about the issue I was still having and they told me that my trees probably needed a second treatment. I told them that sounded good and the man told me that the second treatment would be another $300. I guess their idea of a GUARANTEE is different from mine. I told them they could forget bilking me out of another $300. Maybe cutting and removing trees is their speciality, but treating diseased trees and guaranteeing their work in this area is most definitely NOT their speciality.

We requested an estimate. They came out and gave us a reasonable price so we gave them the job. He said it would be a couple of weeks. We waited over a month and then I contacted them again. He said he was out if town but would be back the next day and would get us on the schedule. We waited another week and when we still hadnt heard from him we found someone else. I guess our job wasnt important enough for them.

They did a great job in my yard. Very hard workers.

We just had 4 trees removed-- two that were damaged during a storm. Very tall trees, and one was only uprooted, not fallen, but threatening our house. We contacted two tree services, All About Trees, and another who shall remain nameless. Nameless looked at the job and said Nope cant help you and left, not caring AT ALL about the danger we were facing.BUT! Tony from All About Trees came, spent a considerable amount of time and thought assessing the situation, and said yes, they could help...it would be difficult, but they could do it.And do it they did!!! The crane that would have made it easier sunk and got stuck in the yard, and couldnt be used. I was near tears, thinking they were going to bail (it really was a VERY precarious situation!) But Bradley, Coco, and the rest of the team said nope, they were going to figure this out, find another way, and do the job.I am SOOOOO impressed with their stick-to-it-ness, and their skill and expertise. They had to remove part of our fence, and fell what was probably at least a 70 foot tree diagonally between two fence posts. I wish I would have videotaped it!Not only were they extreme professionals with the tree cutting, they did an awesome job on the clean up.I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!!!
