They had everything I needed for my event! I did an online order and was able to pick up in store not even a full hour later! The cashier was so helpful, the staff overall was amazing! Definitely recommend their online/in-store pickup due to how quickly it was done. However, the stores cleanliness & layout makes it easy to find things inside as well!

I went into the store looking for decorations for a coworkers birthday and I was having such a hard time deciding what to get. The assistant manager, Sam, asked if I was finding everything ok and really went above and beyond to help me. She’s AWESOME! And so was the other girl at the balloon counter, wish I had caught her name. They were both super friendly and helpful, which is so rare to find these days. I hope these ladies are taken care of because they absolutely deserve it! They made my shopping experience and my day! Keep up the good work ladies, I see you and I appreciate you!

Workers are very helpful :) had a good experience getting balloons. when the balloon i wanted was out of stock, worker pointed me towards a pack of balloons in the theme party section that allowed me to get what i wanted :)

Honestly, they dont even deserve the one star. Rude employees. No desire to help fix situations that come up. Instead, we got a sorry its not working out for you, was put on hold, and left there for over twenty minutes before we just hung up. This place can stay closed. Wheres the button for ZERO stars?

I ordered same day delivery and half of my order was not delivered... it put me in a bind

Waited for an hour and a half for a $120 balloon order that was set and and paid for days in advance for my 4 year olds party. On top of not having orders ready, the staff was condescending and rude, instead of just being just telling people they were running behind. They could have smoothed it over but were just mean. Pick another location.

The young lady blowing the balloons was great. A lady came in rude and obnoxious, she never became rude back. Perfect service. Would recommend to anyone.

Went for Halloween costumes for my grandkids. My fault for waiting until day before. Werent able to get exactly what they wanted, but they had great options & the kids left happy. Friendly staff who were very helpful!

I went in on a Monday to pick up order. I stood there...need I say they wasnt busy at all. The cashier acknowledge me but, the lady who was trying to look busy didnt. The manager walked pass me.. answered the phone and, attempted to walk pass me again.....so I stopped her. She was okay but, what bothered me was after I received my order...the lady who was pretending to be so busy stopped working to say Have a good day. This is my thing.....dont act like your working hard just so you dont have to help.

I bought my 6 yr old son 2 giant Foil balloons Thursday night at $10 a piece and the next morning they both are flat. Not too happy

Party City always has a huge selection of party supplies to choose from. The seasonal supplies are beautiful. But you must shop early. Seasonal items sell out very quickly. When I want to make one stop for all of my party needs, Party City is that stop!

Ease of placing order online but had to wait at least half an hour AFTER calling to get my 2 items. They were extremely busy with people walking in and shopping. And those people walked out with their purchases in less time than I spent waiting for an order ALREADY paid for.

The staff was polite and fast! My last minute balloon order was done in no time. Even with the associate working alone and fulfilling other orders.

I was very disappointed. I ordered something to be picked up in store. It showed they had four left. I never got confirmation and the manager just shrugged it off after was there for 20 minutes trying to find out what was going on. Just wondering why I didnt get confirmation. Does an employee send it? Was I ignored? What good is ordering to pick up in store?

Couldnt find what I needed, didnt know what it was called, but the lady at the register took me straight to it. Now thats what I call being super helpful.

Great selection. Line at the register usually resembles a slow moving Russian breadline. customers purchase large bags of assorted penny candy rang up one piece at a time.

Service may depend on your ethnicity. Look at the reviews and you may see a trend. Good selection but the staff was shockingly rude and inexperienced. Had no idea how to return items, give correct change or process an order without someones phone number or email. The staff called their manager stupid in front of customers. I was quite nice but next time Ill order online.

I could look around in party city for hours and it is my go to party and costume accessory store. Last year for geekd con I needed orange hair spray for my Misty costume at the last minute and of course, they had it and every other color imaginable fully stocked.

Allot of fun inventory. I can usually get just what I need as long as I do not require ANY assistance or ANY customer service. And dont always expect to get a smile or a thank you from the staff.

The cashier was great, they offer a military discount and do pretty decent sales as well. You can have your military discount added to you email account or phone number when you shop there, it automatically applies the discount.

Great store had pretty much everything I needed for my sisters baby shower. Their website is great also.

Very clean store... huge selection. BUT you would think on a holiday weekend, management would be wise and staff accordingly. Lines was extremely long. No one to help out in the aisles.

The place is big, has a nice, color coordinated layout. Had a little trouble getting help, the associate wasnt very friendly, and I was looking for buttermints in certain colors and they were out of most everything and the only two colors of the mints they had were black and white, and not much of those.

Totally rude people!!! I went up to the front counter just to ask a question and they refused to offer assistance. Yet she looked at the person behind me and offered them help. Apparently my skin color was the wrong shade!!!! I will never go here again and I will forever tell people this place is awful! Beyond racist store!

No one greeted me, and I asked for help about an item they didnt tell me much details about it .. very upset because I couldve saved money if they would tell customers that there are coupons online to get it scan and save some money . Never going back to this location ... people act like they dont want to work .

Better than spirit but still too expensive cheaper to buy online. Defiantly dont give out your email they will send you junk mail daily until you unsubscribe.

I am not at all satisfied with my in-store pick up experience. I placed an order at 10:52 am today expecting it to be ready by the time I got off work (5 pm) at the absolute latest. I was asked for and provided my payment information when I checked out online and the money has already come out of my account, even though my confirmation email says We havent charged you yet! At 4:45 pm, I called the store to check on my order. I was on hold for about a minute - no problem - but once the person that answered got back to me, she said Can you call back in like, thirty minutes? Were like, really busy right now. Which is understandable, given the season I suppose, but why go through the trouble of ordering ahead if Im not going to get what I need in time or even be kept updated on the status of my order? Kinda hard to follow through with a time sensitive surprise party like this. Probably wont be using in-store pick up again unless its something I can wait a day or two on.UPDATE: I arrive at the store around 5:15 pm. I got in line and once I got to the register, I informed the cashier that I placed an order earlier today and hadn’t received a confirmation email yet so I was unsure of the order’s status. The cashier, let’s just call her Sim for short, very matter of factly replied, “It usually takes about 72 hours to fill the order.” That didn’t sound right. Probably because it wasn’t - the website states that after 72 hours, an individual’s order will be put back on shelves. It also states that orders typically take 2-6 hours to fill. I truly hope she was genuinely misinformed of the company’s policy and that she wasn’t just attempting to postpone dealing with a questioning customer. I mentioned this to her then she rolled her eyes and asked “What you get?” I began naming a few items I ordered and she replied, “Oh I seen that.” She walked over to a different register and picked up a bag from the floor that, to my surprise at this point, contained all of my items. A miracle! A 72 hour process completed in no more than 6 hours! Incredible! I began to take out my ID and order confirmation to present it to her, per the company’s pick up policy, and she didn’t ask me for it. She instead very obnoxiously spelled out my first and last name and slid the bag across the register. I said thank you and left. I checked my email a moment ago and guess what I found? An order pick up notification, a whole two hours after the event I needed the items for. I guess I can’t complain too much (too late) because I ultimately did get what I needed, but it was not quick, convenient, or pleasant at all.

I just had the worst experience at the shreveport louisiana party city. I got some small letter balloons for my nephews birthday. Not only is the online ordering misleading about them being filled, the staff was the rudest i have ever seen. The cashier knew nothing about the online process. I had to mention that i ordered online cause it was cheaper. The manager acted like it was the worse thing to come help her. And then when i asked are yall gonna fill them. She said no. I said well i want them filled and thats what i understand online. She said naw and we charge anyway to fill them per balloon. I said so? I was willing to pay then my cashier said it was a waste of money anyway for me to get those. I paid for them but kroger was ever so kind to fill them with helium for me. If i received this treatment i know others did too. Sorry staff to have here. Then the other staff member rolled her eyes to call the manager over because the price was different online then what they were trying to charge me for them.
