Staff did a great job helping me with my experience in purchasing my hearing aide devices.

I went in for a hearing test, knowing what the results would be. The Technican Justin Stuart is awesome. It’s strange to me to find out how much I couldn’t hear, like the leaves blowing in trees, all of the birds chirping that I never heard before and how loud the frogs and insects are at night. I actually choked up when I started to hear again. My only negative is- why didn’t I do this sooner? The aids he fitted me with are super small, comfortable, and amazing. Remember this; you get what you pay for, and Miracle Ear is very worth the cost.

Theyre LIARS and make you sign a contract without HELPING you for a SUPPOSEDLY free hearing test. DONT TRUST THEM.. HORRIBLE SERVICE. All they want to do is take advantage and money from those they know cant afford their services.

Bad customer service.

I have had expensive hearing aids before. They created more problems than they helped, so I never wore them. Out of pure frustration, I just decided to give Miracle Ear a try. Being not yet a Sr. citizen, I kinda felt that I may be out of place there... BOY was I wrong!! I had my exam, and walked out with a pair of affordable hearingaids that I actually LOVE wearing! They got it right!!! These are exactly what I need and more!!! I could cry I’m so happy, needles to say, I have a new zest for life. This really changes everything for me!! Took my 87 year old dad for hearing test after he tried my Miracle ear and was astonished how much better his hearing was. He goes in tomorrow to pick it up and to my amazement Blue Cross pays $2500 benefit.
