The website lists 3 machines of one type for sale so I drove here to get one. The guy says its for sale and listed but needs a part so i cant buy it. I said so its not for sale. He said yes it is but we cant sell it. I say why is it listed he says because its for sale come back next week. I said it wont be here so how can I buy it or reserve it to pick up after repairs. He said you cant. .I called customer service he said he cant help me and theres no way to make a formal complaint at home depot but he will share my concerns.This store has been a mess for a few years now but thats just obnoxious.The impression I get is they have typical Home Depot take it or leave it attitude.The Bossier store is better but I think Im holding this against the main company.So no more commercial card or personal . The both will turn blue real quick. Thats 220 houses I buy for.

Great, I rented a RT 135 loader / bobcat. Worked great and no extra charges, I call that a win . Also very Friendly.

The tool rental customer service representatives are extremely rude at the Bert Kouns location. They speak very fast and not informative at all. When you ask questions they act as if they have better things to do. Mr. Morris was the extremely sarcastic. I will buy a $2,000.00 tool before I rent from them.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. This was my second time renting a tool from there. First time it was a stump shredding machine, this time it was an auto-feed drain cleaner. Both tools worked as expected and saved me money by doing it myself. Will definitely return there as needed.

Always get raggedy that are going to break or bust when in use therefore you are responsible for breaking or tearing up their equipment when it wasnt even your fault

They have just about any tool you might need to rent. They even have heavy gardening equipment. The staff is great and they know what they are talking about.

Lousy service! Scheduled delivery of materials for contractor to begin project. Their paperwork stated delivery would be between 6am and 8pm on April 10th. At 6:00 pm I called store and was told that a delivery department rep would call me back; no return call received and no materials received. To make matters worse I was charged 79.00 for the delivery. Will use Lowes in the future!!!

Building a fence? Home Depot on Bert Kouns has augers for rent and pre-drilled metal posts. Lowes on Youree has neither. Go to HD to get everything you need
