Long story short, the gentleman there did an excellent job. I had software issues. He let me explain (even though I’m sure he didn’t need the whole spill I gave him). I told him what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. I also believe the price was very fair. I would highly recommend.Also, I asked for some screws because I lost mine installing my new motherboard. He went ahead and put them in there for me. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This will be my place for all my computer repair.

Great service and professional advice. My computer is still crashing though. My GPU is not up to the task. Too hard to find a graphics card right now. I refuse to double pay scalpers for a better one.

I called the location to inquire to if they had a charger for my Acer laptop, upon talking to Daniel, the tech that works there he tells me I would have to bring the laptop in to be able to see if he has a charger I do not drive so I begin to make the two-mile walk to the location on Fern Avenue. I arrived there and tell him Im the guy that called and he said he will check through their Chargers to see if he has one for my laptop he opens up a closet door and laying there are about a hundred Chargers and one big pile. He looks through them for all of 10 seconds comes back and tells me that I would have to wait a bit which Im fine with. What I am not fine with is the fact that I had a line of sight with said closet and not once did he look through the pile to see if there was a charger that would match my laptop but he still had me sit there for 45 minutes then came back and told me Im sorry for wasting your time but we just dont have one for your laptop. This is completely unacceptable, the guy never even TRIED. He did take the time to LIE to me and tell me he had (even though I had my eyes on the chargers the entire time I was there.)When I get up to leave, he doesnt even know where he put my laptop (if he had been comparing chargers like he was supposed to be doing, he would have known where the hell it was.DANIEL offered very POOR customer service and lied to me as well. This is a DISHONEST company and I strongly reccomend to all reading this review, if you are smart, you will take your business elsewhere! I will reccomend to my friends that they do the same!

I paid them over $300 to $400 to fix problems with my computer and they did not fix this I feel this a scam and Ill get over
