Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They may do great work, but I couldnt ever get anyone on the phone and when I finally did I was told I didnt need an appointment to have my wedding dress altered. I showed up on 2 separate occasions within their hours listed and no one was there. I would never recommend alteration plus. I am taking my business to azalea cleaners and they have been wonderful.
