I will never come back here! As soon as my son and I walk through the door one of the stylist gave me a sideways look like she had a problem with me! I lady walked in after us and the stylist stated in a snarky little voice oh I’m sorry we’re not taking any more.

I have been getting my haircut here for about 3 years now and theyve never let me down and do a excellent job!!

I have been going to Supercuts for 2-1/2 years. They always do an excellent job. I have had mainly Sarah (now gone) and Shelly (still there) do my hair. They have always listened and done a great job. I have currently been going to Shelly for a year now. She is professional, personable, and listens to how I want it cut and styled. The place is always clean and the wait is never long. All the ladies there have been careful to follow the new rules that the Covid-19 has mandated. If you want a quality cut at a good price, well this is the place!

They got us in quick, were super friendly to my kids, and did a great job!

Stylists are are nice and knowledgeable. It was a nice surprise to walk out with a quality haircut. I have 4 unruly cowlicks and my Stylist tamed them with little more than a couple snips.

I scheduled an appt for 9:00 am with “Brandi” . I arrived when the store opened ready for my appt only to be told by “Brandi” that a man had been waiting since 8:30am and she would take him first . Really? He did not have an appt but, I did. That is not good customer service. I do not recommend Supercuts amd will never go back.

Usually a good haircut no matter who you get!

Took my 3 boys to get haircuts. For as busy as they were the wait wasnt too terrible. The 3 ladies that cut each of my boys hair did an amazing job and were super sweet.

I stopped by for the first time ever last night, I have been loyal to another place for years. Taylor cut my hair and my sons hair, After discussing with Taylor of why i decided to leave my other place, she was able to give us the hair cut we had been wanting for so long. Taylor has an amazing attitude and is very friendly. Her love of Horror Movies matches mine so we hit it off great. I will use her from now on when I need to get my hair cut.

I get my sons hair cut by Chrissy. Every hair cut is consistent which is not easy since my son is two. After a haircut we went to leave and discovered that the battery on my truck was dead. We went back inside to ask for help and Chrissy (in the middle of her meal) came to the rescue by pulling her vehicle around to give us a jump off her battery! The entire staff is great. Great service and good/amazing people!

Love the service they provide, staff is friendly and professional. Convenient location, but lack of an online check-in means having to call. At busy times waits can be over an hour.

Wish i can score nothing. Came in after work and CALLED ahead of time to make sure there was an available spot since they do not accept appointments after 6pm. I walked in and was greeted with one gentleman in front of me getting his haircut. I was patient and waited roughly a little over an hour for his hair to be cut (he was picky), and it wasnt busy in anyway shape or form. I was assured on the phone that I would be next in line. An older gentleman came in and was greeted seemed to be a regular and was immediately taken in as soon as the guy in front of me was finished. I simply asked i thought i was next in line? and the response was yes sir but this man was in front of you and called ahead Sorry.. SCREW THAT. you dont waste peoples time like that and there is NO purpose for calling ahead at all. Absolutely terrible service and would never recommend anyone coming here.

Took my son in and arrived shortly after opening. I was told the day before they didnt take appointment. Waited while they took two people who arrived after us. When I questioned the woman who seemed to be in charge, Jennifer, she cut me off and they told me they had called in a hour in advance. To be put on the list. Long wait, extremely rude people working there. Hair cut wasnt all that well done. Will not go back.

The best steak around and great waiters

The one in bossier was horrible. Ask for a slight shade and cut it to the skin. Asked for the beard to be edged and shaved under his chin which I did not ask for. I do not recommend this place.

I went there two days ago and got my hair cut by Nicole, I loved her! She cut my hair well! Ill consider getting my hair cut by her again. But I had to wait a long time bc it was Sunday and 2 of 3 workers were there and they were a bit unorganized but things went pretty fast and was great! I went here a couple years back but I dont remember what happened there really. The price for a regular cut is $15.95! I was shocked because the one I usually go to is more pricey, but supercuts is now my home! Everyone was friendly and nice. Loved it and I recommend this. (ALSO to dye hair you have to make an appointment just in case you didnt know).

Lady talks too much while cutting my hair. She never ask me what I wanted done. I had to interrupt her to let her know what I wanted done. And still didnt cut it like I wanted. I was just so ready to get out of the chair and leave.

Went in to get bangs. The lady who did them argued with me over what I wanted and then cut them where one side was noticeably longer than the other. I wanted straight, blunt bangs. Do not go here.

Will NEVER go back. Had the most awful experience.. because of the owner of all people. The ladies working there were great, but the owner displayed a complete lack of class. My fiancés youngest was acting ou t because he did not want a haircut. She counted to 5 and then took him to the bathroom to calm him down. Next thing I know, I hear a man who was getti g a haircut say, Stop. I will not allow spankings in my store. He then stormed towards the back to were my fiancé was. I see hi. Come back and say, It is fine. She is just in there counting. I will allow it. I just had to make sure because you never know.. This is Shreveport, and you know how they have no class. I was infuriated. I couldnt even speak because I was so mad and knew I wouldnt be able to control myself if I did, and my fiances other little one was with me. He then proceeds to bad mouth the people of Shreveport. Apparently we have no class and doesnt want to deal with us or our culture. Lets do him a favor and NOT visit his establishment.

Cheap but stylist cutting my hair insisted upon talking about politics which she said she didnt like others to talk about. She also wasnt very thorough and left my sideburns different lengths.

If I could give 0, I would. My husband waited over an hour after calling and being told they no longer make appointments and call a heads. We sat waiting and waiting, I was amazed by the fact other people would walk in and the staff would take them right back. They gave some excuse about 2 different lists, needless to say, we left and will not return.

This girl Taylor does not know how to cut hair took my son in today first off she cut her finger cut his hair terribly and want be back in the past Ive had my hair cut here no problems she needs to go back to school
