The lady who cut my hair was very talented for one, and gave me exactly what I asked for, but was also very knowledgeable about certain issues with mens hair and how to improve them. I didnt catch her name, but I believe she was a manager. Very satisfied

My hair was cut and shaved two fingers too high up the back of my neck. Looked terrible. I had to go get a much shorter cut to fix this.

Scheduled online visit with my stylist. Got a text message saying be there in 15 minutes. I was there in 10. A person just waiting to be seated was next on deck was not there. So they chose another person. The person that wasn’t there shows up and replaces me. How does that work when he didn’t even select a stylist. He was just first available. Then I was told I have to wait 25 mins. Been going here for 3 years with my kids. 5/20/21 is the last time I ever come to this place.

We loved it we had four out of five of my family members haircut there no ladies they cannot do layered haircuts but they can do straight across haircuts you know one single layer or no layer my son has a great haircut I took all the dead ends off of both man and my husbands daughters and they gave my son again another satisfying haircut and they also cut my hair to my shoulders the mother and I am very pleased so yes I do recommend them have a wonderful day!

I normally like sports clips but this time I dont know the lady seemed like she wasnt experienced at cutting hair to long, she didnt shave my neck, she gapped my hair. I just was not at all satisfied with this cut.

Checked in online, had 45 minute wait, will take first available. Left home and 25 mins later checked in again at SCs computer. Two people seated ahead of me . Should have about a 20 minute wait. Two people ahead of me went on back and four other people that came in sfter me. I caught one of the operators at the register, explained, said should just be another ten minutes. They kept taking new arrivals and after another 25 mins I left. Will never go back for their overpriced and over rated haircuts. Would give 0 stars if I could.

We always have such a great experience here. I took my 2 year old for his first salon cut and I am so thankful to our stylist! She put cartoons on her phone for him and worked with him so well. The staff was all so sweet and made it an awesome experience for us. My oldest also loves the football/sports on TV. We have tried several other salons lately for my oldest sons haircuts and every time I have regretted not going to sports clips. Its the only place we will get our boys haircuts now.

My husband wanted his sideburns trimmed and they cut the entire length of the beard. He lost a good two inches of beard. Sandra then said after going at it with clippers that she could have done it freehand without clippers. That would have been the preferred method. Normally im happy with the work sportsclips does but this time my husband and I are super unhappy.

Havent been to a Sport Clips in a few years. Decided to try this one after recently moving here. Great place to get a haircut even though its a little pricey, but worth it. Ray cut my hair and shes also the manager. Very professional and likes to engage on a conversation with every customer.

Simply put - I wont go anywhere else. This is where I got my first haircut after Covid & Rae did a fantastic job.

Stacie is the best!! The best reason to go to Sports Clips as far as I’m concerned! Brought my son in today, 10 minutes before closing, not realizing it was closing soon and she was MORE than accommodating! I got an awesome hair cut from Ray. She was very meticulous and easy to work with. I think its been my best hair cut so fair hands down. I asked for the MVP towards the end of the cut (which I thought might of messed her up) but she didnt have a problem with it at all... Then she washed my hair twice because I had product in my hair. It was overall an amazing cut and I recommend her in the future.

I like my stylist Angelica from the Youree Drive location. She should be the manager because of her educational background and because of her experience. She is very well spoken, easy to get along with and she is well respected. I left sports clips at one point due to a very bad experience at this location but when I found out she was there, I came back. The online check-in leaves a lot to be desired. You can check in for your stylist and when you get there, your stylist will work on every first available ahead of your spot. It’s not 100% effective

They are having to follow the covid 19 rules but still got me in and out quickly AND the lady who cut my hair did a great job while keeping me entertained with conversation and laughs. Thank you Sports Clips!

Always friendly and make sure your 100% happy before you leave. Definitely spend the extra 5 bucks and get the mvp. They shampoo and wash your hair and beard if you want. They put a steamed towel on your face and massage your face, head, neck and shoulders. I always feel relaxed and refreshed when I leave. And they also have amazing styling products

It was pretty great for my boys. I only gave four stars because they are a little pricey for a kids haircut. The ladies there were professional and kind.

What I like about getting my haircut here is that they really pay attention to detail and care about your opinion when it comes to your hair. They listen and try their best to give you exactly what you want. Ive also seen myself if someone wants a particular style and a stylist doesnt know how to do it, instead of just trying and messing it up, they ask for help and they stand there as they are taught on the spot. China cut my hair and she didn’t do what I asked, then argued with me after. I asked for a scissor cut just a little shorter with and inch of the top, she asked if she could do a taper and I said no, then she just cut a taper with scissors instead of clippers. She claimed that she did what I asked, which apparently was to cut 1inch off the whole thing instead of off just the top and try the side. That was her excuse. Very unprofessional and a really poor experience

Very slow and uninspired or enthusiastic staff. With several people waiting saw them either go take a break or sweep so slow it looked like they were standing still. This location definitely needs on site management and leadership to improve the customer experience

Emily is great! We always request her and she stayed late Sunday to cut my grandsons hair. I am very thankful because she is the only one who can make his crazy hair look awesome!

Busy Sunday and they still have my hair cut in time and got me out in quickly.

Came in Tuesday this week to get my hair shortened. Theyve done mine several times in the past and did great. Wasnt quite happy with my bangs so went back today for touch up. The girl - different one - decided to take an additional 1/2 inch off all over just to be safe. I kept asking if it was that uneven. She said no. She did finally trim my bangs but now Ive got what I didnt want which is a page-boy cut. Looks terrible. All I needed were the bangs shortened, so I dont understand why she felt the need to trim it all over again. Now Im going to have to just get it cut short again somewhere and start completely over.

Several times I have arrived right at 9:00 am when they open. They normally have a few people already waiting. The staff is never set up prior to opening the doors. Customers usually sign in and wait while for staff to get set up, while other staff members show up late. For example, it’s now 9:13 and only one person is getting their hair cut other staff members are just now setting up while 5 of us just wait. Should change the name to Super Slow Cuts or Waste Half The Day Cuts!

Good place for a guy to get a haircut, theres not a lot of kids running around and there are TVs with sports shows on.

Where to start... I’m not one to write bad reviews unless something is really astray. The hair cut was sub par and she spend less than 5 minutes cutting my hair. Instead of moving my ear out of the way to get the hair behind the ear, she chose to repeatedly ram my ear with the clippers instead. She then continued to nic my skin which nearly made me jump out of my seat. First time there and I’ll never go back.

Excellent hair cut from Monica at the Shreveport LA location. Telling all my friends about her. She is very friendly and takes time to cut hair correctly. She deserves a good raise in pay!!!!

This location is horribly inconsistent. While I dont hold much weight into the estimated times posted on the screen I have never been able to get in and out of here any any reasonable amount of time. This visit was about and hour and half between waiting and my cut. Constantly understaffed and even more so annoying when you find out two more (manager included) are in back meanwhile lobby is full only an hour after opening. While my cut us usually solid this is a huge inconvenience when the times outside of my work schedule are those that you would expect it to be ridiculous, not 10 am on a Monday. Do not dare try and think you can fit this in on a lunch break.

I asked for a 2 sized guard on the sides with an undercut. She gave me a 2 sized guard 3/4 up my head. And I payed for the “mvp” expecting a better experience but no the lady had no clue what she was doing. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!
