I love it ...the lady was so nice who did my hair I wish I could remember her name but she was a sweet heart
OMG... I will say the stylist was nice and informative about what products to use, but I went in to get my ENDS CLIPPED, came out with my HAIR CUT 4 inches. 🙄😒 They only get the 2nd star because it is just hair and will grow back, but I was truly disappointed and was not expecting to leave with such a drastic change to my hair. LESSON LEARNED
Always good an friendly service that ive experienced been going here for years
I when into Smart styles at 5:00 pm, reminder, website states they close at 8:00 pm. The young lady stated she could not give me a trim and would not have time and I have to make a appointment, one lady in the chair and they close at 8:00. I know it does not take three hours to do one person hair. Something does not sound right about that. I will never go there again. I have always had good service, until today.
I got a keratin treatment today and wasn’t thrilled it did absolutely nothing. What a waste of money WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I paid 35 dollars for a shampoo basically. She didn’t even style it at the end.
Great fast service
Tonya was my hair stylist and she did great. Someone burnt my hair up dying it and she shook it back and she was quick for her to be in there by herself.
Awesome Awesome Awesome check them out they make you feel safe and secure and they sanitize they place were you sit thanks for wonderful service
Great people and excellent job
Always great service. Kinda pricey (about the same as a regular salon...maybe a little more). I get a wash and flat iron and its about $60. A cut is cheap but if you want it washed its extra. The workers are nice and the best thing is that they are open on Sundays and Mondays. Get there early on Fridays and weekends otherwise it could be a long wait.
I take my son to get his haircut here, they pretty good....
I have a great time each visit and I walk out looking gorgeous. Keep up the good work, style on. They are great at turning an oh no to an oh yes honey.
Kimberly was amazing
My first attempt at going here was about a year ago, because I wanted to do everything I could to avoid going to the one on Bert Kouns. I sat down as one of the first customers among a few that morning, and it seemed like they were skipping me or took too long to get to me. I ended up leaving. The second attempt was a few months ago where I wanted to go in for a chop. One thing I absolutely hate about salons is that you really have no privacy. Everybody is seeing your business as you are right in front of everybody who is waiting and watching you. With my hair all wild, I never look my best. So, one of the first embarrassing moments was when the woman shouted why my hair was nappy, which I thought I had combed through it well enough the night before. I just kind of froze, wishing I could hide in a turtle shell. She just kept telling my business so out in the open.I did not dare leave a tip. I just paid for my chop and ran out of there. I dont think Ill be visiting Smart Style in any location ever again.
I love the manager. Shes very professional
Sweet styles and fast service my daughters first color, and she advised me not go extremely light to save her curl pattern. Best advice Ive ever followed
They raised there prices 70 for a perm
They were nice I asked for an edge and line my hair was curled already but the lady gapped my hair on the side lol and didn’t edged well but it’s cool I just wasted money
I love my hair. She was fast & friendly.
Very high prices..wasnt please with the operate ...
Lady overcharged me $18.99 for a kid cut and put on the receipt that i had gotten shampoo. 😖
I took my two year old son here yesterday thinking that it would be a simple in and out thing. They had a big sign out front saying low wait. I walk in and sign the little paper and put the time down that we arrived. No one spoke, looked at us, or acknowledged the fact that we were there. We sat down and one woman looked up and just stared at me for a moment. Fast-forward fourty-five minutes with my two year old bouncing up and down on my lap and i was a little more than aggravated. So, without even getting his haircut we left.I did however find a great place thats less than half a mile away from this place. Its on Colquitt road. Carters Family Hair Salon. I give them an A+. They were great with my very shy-nervous little guy. And only charged me ten dollars as opposed to the 23 I was charged for his last haircut at JcPenny.
Did a good job on my hair
All advertising states open til 9 pm. But at 8:08 Im told they are closed
Love it
Okay
