Kayla Gardner they remove low ratings. This company harassed me and my sister as well when we paid everything on time and it had not even reached my court date. First and for most, please study your rights. Then research how many Louisiana Bail Bond scams are ongoing. This company called me to say my bond had been revoked and that I was going back to jail. They stated my sister(who paid the bondsman) revoked my bond over a phone call(you have to sign in person to revoke actually). My bond total was only $1200 yet they charged her over $500 to release me(research online the Louisiana Insurance regulations on bail bondsmans and how they can charge you because this company is not compliant). After calling me saying im revoked they called my sister saying that I was calling them harrasing them so they have chosen to revoke my bond and therefore need her to pay $300 more dollars.(when you call someone and say theyre white trash and going back to jail and then hang up....they should expect to get called in return). Next morning they acted as if nothing ever happened and said it was okay for me to come into the office to sign paper work because they dont want any issues. When I did...they had me sign all agreements for bond...and then they released two bounty hunters on me immediately and took me to jail. The bounty hunter discriminated me and said I “need medication and clearly have a mental illness”.(anyone who went through this much BS over only being guilty of speeding would also act crazy) My sister bailed me out again through a different bondsman who said he has never heard of anything like this in his 20 years of bondsman experience. This company or their employees are scamming money out of people by fearing them into going back to jail. Start your research on the U.S. Department of Justice and you will find several different ways to file a complaint and start an investigation. Best of luck.
