Very friendly and helpful.. they the best

I love this company I’ve never had a problem with them. The customer service is outstanding the employee by the name of Tiana does a EXCELLENT job. Her personality and professionalism is immaculate.

I have been completely satisfied with the service I have received. One of the young ladies there, Tiana, has always been super helpful with anything I need. She initially got me a great rate my first time around with USAgencies. I got into an accident (my first time ever being hit by someone) and I did not know exactly what to do. She did not mind answering any question I had or pointing me in the right direction. I got in a bind with my payment just because simple mistake. One of the representative (from the company vending my insurance) would not work with me and would not give me any other options. I called Tiana and she was able to get me situated without a hassle and in a timely manner. They really do try to help you as best as they can with whatever your needs are.

This location is extremely unprofessional, in the middle of business hours they were closed with no sign letting anyone no if the office were closed for the day or would they re-open. I filed a complaint and never heard anything back, so I called and the branch manager was like “well she needed to go to lunch”. She even admitted that she forgot to put up a sign letting people know when she would be returning. She acted like it was my responsibility to know her lunch schedule. Instead of this company taking ownership for their lack of coverage, and irresponsible branch manger they had an “oh well attitude” the branch manager was rude and condescending. Never have I heard of a business completely shutting down to eat! And if you are be responsible and courteous enough to leave notice as to when business will be back open!

They do not give you what you ask for. Charging for rode side assistance for what and you cant come when I needed you. I ask for it to be removed and montgs later I am still paying for it. Looking for anotger insurance company.
