If I could give this place a 0/5 stars I would. I took my car to have my subs and new door speakers put in and they told me it would be done by 5 and I took it there in the morning. I called at 5 and they said it wouldnt be done til later, ended up not getting out of there til like 9. Then my subs dont even work, my door speakers keep going in and out and sometimes I dont even have music playing at all even when the volume is on super high. Called and took it back to them 3 times and still havent fixed it. So I tried to do a charge back and they refused it bc they said that I needed to take it to another audio place for them to write up a thing stating that it was messed up, which I did and they stated that they messed it up and wrote everything that needed to be fixed. So here I am almost a year later still with an unfixed radio/door speakers and subs and out almost $600 and they refuse to fix it correctly. So I wouldnt recommend them in any form or fashion!February 26,2019 and brought it back and shocker, it still remains unfixed. My left side speakers still dont work, it still has tons of static, my subs dont even work at all neither does my bass knob. I now have mechanism error popping up randomly. But of course they said hey its probably your subs you can buy some from us for $400 and Ill do free labor and get it fixed. No! Ive already put $600 in this for my car to not work at all and make me miserable everyday and have problems everyday for the past year and couple months now. Sad I hear such great things about this place but my luck mines the one thats messed up and not getting fixed. Save your money since I cant get mine back and my stuff doesnt even work. Now have mechanism error on my radio! Yall have done nothing to fix my stuff, only to make it worse and try to point fingers at others. All you did was unplug my amps to my door speakers so those would try to work which they dont. You are so unprofessional and I wish it would allow me to leave you 0 stars, not recommend you to anyone and not like yall care obviously but your customer service is just as bad.

Helped me get exactly what I needed

Great place with lots of good options, previously had bought some skar equipment from them on a great deal. I had them do a cut out for me on a box as I ran out of time to get it done. The cuts were perfect, however a few pieces were missing. When I messaged them they reimbursed me for buying a new sheet so I could make the last few cuts. To me that is excellent customer service.

Awesome customer service, the best audio shop in the area. Awesome products and more knowledgeable in car audio than anyone I know. Wont do business with anyone else, will always go there for all my audio and vehicle lighting needs.

This place is the worst place to get any kind of audio system done to your vehicle. They are unreliable, keep your car for days just to have it come back to you messed up! If I could rate them at zero stars I would!

BB cant make a box that will make u get hard while aitting with group of me. Staffs ok but BB imo has final say as I know he want steer u wrong. If they dnt carry what u want atleast have it installed here.. Legit.
