The ad says 24 hours, DONT BELIEVE IT! I needed to get to the airport for an 8am flight, and called around 9pm the night before, because my original plan to get to the airport fell through. I left a message because no one answered the phone. They never returned my call, and I was unable to make other arrangements, so I missed my flight and had to reschedule it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN!!
