Bought a new house with evidence of old termite damage- Hurricane was out less than a week after I called, got everything done in an hour and a half, and even removed an old/dead wasp next from the basement. Excellent service, reasonable rates- definitely recommend

I have had Brian out several times to treat my home for moles in the front yard and ants in the house and they are wonderful to deal with. They are patient and guarantee their work. We had a really bad mouse infestation when we called Hurricane. The tech was very friendly and did a thorough job of inspecting our house and crawl space. He showed us where they were coming in, then laid the chemical traps inside and out. We highly recommend this company. We now use them for our yearly pest control as well.

Called in because my wife was complaining about ants. They show up every year at the same time and I always call Hurricane to fix my problem. Wife was worried because our 3 small children run around and play all over the place, but she was calmed down by the workers explanation of the chemicals and how safe they are. He sounds like he knows his stuff, or very good at making stuff up on the spot! Every time I call, they always fit me in within a couple days (4 years and counting). Ive referred my Dad to Hurricane, and said they got rid of his problem as well. If I can refer them to my Family then I definitely refer them to You!!

I signed up with this comanpany in April and they gave a 6week guarantee. Unfortunately are VOLE problem is still here and we can not get rid of them. They have come out 3 times in 6 weeks to put poison down and the VOLES are still here. 😞 the people that work here are nice and friendly. We paid them $175 to get rid of the VOLES And so far it did not work.👎🏼

They did not provide a timeframe of when they would show up. I had to follow up with them to see if they were still coming. They wore matching t-shirts which is good and they seem knowledable. I’m all about helping small businesses. But be reliable and show up when you say you are going to. And you have a guantee on a service of killing voles/mice. Then that guantee should work.👎🏼

Put down glue traps under my kitchen sink. I was awakened by a noise. At 7:00 am, I call Hurricane, the man was extremely rude telling me the only Rodents they deal with are mice. Okay, thats why I am calling you. After he was hawing around comes back and says $175.00 and Ill have someone there at 4pm. Rude as Hell. Excuse me are you not exterminators??

Just witnessed an employee of this company curse out an employee of a carwash. The man simply asked him to pick up his garbage his purposely tossed on the ground. The carwash employee kindly asked what company he worked for and the name he game was very deragatory. Now I am not site what kind of people you have dealing with the public but this gentleman was a severe embarrassment to your company. No person of any company wearing the company uniform should ever act like that. Will let others know of the type of people employed here.
