I got there late and although I had to wait a bit for an oil change, I didnt mind because the man there was very honest about the wait and how I came as the whole crew (except for him and one other) were clocking out for the day. There systems kept messing up and they had to call me back to ask for my information 2 extra times but the guy was so nice I really didnt mind at all.
These people will not even answer their phone. Been calling for almost an hour. I’ve only heard poor things about this auto care service. Definitely lost a customer in me before I could even try. Going to the Joliet location that’s just 4.8 mi away.
Called to make an appointment, was told I didnt need one because it was slow. As soon as I walk in I get a dirty look and get told I wont be able to get help today because they were overwhelmed, but only had one car. Drove 25 minutes just to get turned away.
This was the only Walgreens store where you could buy Gun Oil personal lubricants . Went there today to get a couple bottles and they quit selling it!! It’s now full of generic Walgreens and KY brands for selection. Awful !
Cheap oil change which is nice, poor customer service

Good price but they didn’t click my hood all the way down if I took the highway home it could have easily flew up and caused a accident
It took too longnto rotate the tires--an hour, after all i had an appointment.
Do not ever purchase tires from them online because you then have to make appointment to have them mounted and they dont start tire mounting until late morning.
I went to have a full synthetic oil change, but they want to put a regular oil filter. I believe that a full synthetic oil change should have a filter specifically designed for synthetic oil. In fact the manufacturer of the car recommends that it should be done as I have stated. I think Wal-Mart should change their policy and use the appropriate filter for a full synthetic oil and filter change!
Not a great selection. Always low on merchandise as well!!! Its a constant problem. With theyre stores!!! I understand that they are making money.... But they could make so much more!!!!! If they just kept the shelves fully stocked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(
We have come out here 3 times and every time there is a sign saying the tire center is closed by 2pm they n weekends. Do not waste your time coming out here because chances are, they will not be open.
Although the gentlemen in the service department were very nice, I cannot say the same about their service advisor Cheryl who was very rude the entire time I dealt with her. Will never go back to this service department because of her. Cheryl should not be in customer service.
Its a standard Walmart auto care center. They basically do cheap oil changes. Most Walmart are known for being all pretty similar and this one is no different.

If i could give them a negative 100 i would. I’m telling everyone i know never to go here. Left me waiting for 20 minutes in the front to even be serviced for an OIL CHANGE and when this old guy finally came to ask me what i needed he said it would he 45 to an hour wait for an OIL CHANGE. And keep in mind this is at 11am and no one was even there. They were working on cars that were already been there. I went to the one in joliet after that. Took me 20 minutes to get my car in and out with an oil change!!!
Super slow, be prepared to wait hours to do anything. Never seen such a horribly ran auto shop.

They will not do anything on your car if its not in perfect condition :) and they are reeeealy slow!Better go to tuffy care or jiffy lube they are fast.

I really appreciate the service I received from Wal-Mart! The technicians were friendly, and they really helped me out with my tire emergency. It did take a little while, but all of the other places Id called had a long wait as well, and I was impressed with how well they managed, though short-staffed for the day. Thank you, Wal-Mart!
I have been here several times over the past few years. Once to get new tires, and multiple times for oil changes. I always get the standard oil change which comes with a few extras like vacuuming carpet, checking other fluid levels, etc. The receipts always state these tasks as complete, but they most certainly are not. This past trip, I also specifically asked for them to please reset the oil life on the dashboard, and they did not. Do not go here. Always busy, always grumpy staff, poor service.

I paid for a standard oil change $30 they only changed my oil which is what their $20 package is not only did they not fill any of the fulids that they were suppose to check they left my radiator cap open and let me tell u that it overheating on the highway the first time i drove it since was the scariest thing ive ever had happen to me ive owned the car over 2 years and never 1 issue and then the manager charile who was no help at all told me that they didnt check the fluids not the trans not the power not anything but the windsheild whiper which a gal of is $3 and they didnt vacum and the windsheild that they cleaned looks like they took dirty mop water and threw it on threw and said alright that looks good. So i paid 30$ for a $20 oil change and a near death experience I WILL NEVER GO TO A WAL-MART FOR AN OIL CHANGE AGAIN AND IF U VALUE UR CAR OR THE MONEY U MAKE I SUGGUST U DONT EITHER. This was the most ridiculous thing ive ever delt with over a stupued oil change.

Zero stars if I could. Apparently the employees think its ok to repatedly rev your car to high rpms when they pull your car in.I guess you get what you pay for, Ill pay the premium prices at other places next time.

Got there an slightly over a hour before close needing a battery change. Two mechanics were sitting outside on their phones drinking soda and said they’re done for the day. They informed us that they could smell the sulfur being emitted by the damaged car battery in our car and told us that we needed to get it changed immediately. They proceeded to lecture us on the danger of having a car battery that’s leaking hydrogen sulfide. Ironic, as the two were lounging outside with over an hour before closing up shop. Definitely will be going to a more professional and courteous auto shop to service my car.We arrived at the store more than an hour before closing. We need a change of battery for the car. Two mechanics were sitting outside the store sipping drinks. They told us that they would not take any more clients that day. They informed us that they could smell the smell of hydrogen sulfide emitting from the car and that the battery needs to be changed immediately. We were told the danger of having a car battery leaking hydrogen sulfide. Ironic how the two of them were sitting outside with more than an hour before leaving the store. We will surely go to a more professional and courteous shop to service my car.
