Went in for a layered haircut. I had Christina, and she did an awesome job! I love my new look. They really take the time and effort to make sure you get what you want while providing high-quality service.

I was gifted a massage and decided to schedule a hair appointment (first time at divas) too for after my massage. Felt so much better after my massage. I had several inches taken off and love my new hair style. I liked that the stylist was willing to listen to my concerns and provide feedback. **I deducted one star because the person who scheduled my appointment didnt say she was scheduling me with a stylist that was $47, bit of a price shocker at checkout.

Cannot rave enough about this place! I had the most amazing experience with Jenny Hill. I had gone to another salon in the area for a balayage & it came out so chunky, brassy & just not good. Jenny absolutely saved my hair. Somehow she was able to blend it together & get it to exactly what I wanted. She is so SO talented and so kind. I got a haircut as well & she did exactly what I asked for. Thank you Jenny! I will never go anywhere else!

Ask for Christina if you ever decide on doing a full body waxing or any other service. She is one of the best they have!

This review does not speak of the salon itself but of the service I had done. I saw Corey for an eyelash lift and tint. She was nice and professional but the service didn’t do a thing. My eyelashes looked no different when I left than when I arrived. No curl and barely noticeable tint. A week later and the only thing I have to show for it is a burned inner eyelid with chemical blisters. Not worth the $75+ I spent. Wish I would have never done it. Complete waste of my time and money and now I have to deal with my eye bothering me. If you’re thinking about an eyelash lift, don’t do it. At least not at this salon.

I am new to the area and decided to give Divas a try. The salon is very clean and fancy looking and the people seem very nice. I went in for highlights and thought that I made it clear on what I wanted which was a whole head of thick blonde highlights. What I got was very very thin highlights that are more yellow and orange then blonde and that were barely noticeable in certain areas of my hair definitely should not have been considered full highlights, more like partial.. my hair does not look horrible but was not what I asked for or wanted at all. Very disappointing, it’s been about 3 weeks now from the time that I got my hair done and everyday when I look at my hair it just makes me so angry. I had to order a toning shampoo as soon as I left the salon which helped a bit but I don’t understand why I should have had to correct color that I just got done at a salon. I’ve had my hair done many times and have even messed up my own hair a time or two in my life but never have I been this unsatisfied. Honestly I was so excited about getting my hair done because I haven’t gotten it done at all during the pandemic and now I just can’t wait to go back to my regular salon which is an hour away now that I moved to Plainfield but the drive will be worth it. Like I said before it’s not that my hair is just ruined or anything but I should have gotten what I asked for. I could understand if it was just a little off because I know that very light blonde does take a few sessions but I should have gotten lighter then this and also everyone’s hair is different but thick highlights shouldn’t have been that hard of a task I’ve gotten them plenty of times and never had an issue. When you go in for a full head of highlights in my opinion when you look in the mirror you should see a full head of highlights not just a little strand here and there. Sadly will not be returning.

Ive been going here since ~2003, to the same stylist (Erica K). My last visit was 6/27 as I moved to Austin, Tx. I will miss this place, Erica K, Judy. Angie, Tonya- even tho sometimes there werent any biscotti. I never had a bad haircut, color or product recommendation. I truly wish I couldve packed all you guys up & brought you w/me. Maybe if I get rich, like RHOBH, I can have a style/glam squad? Ill miss you guys, especially Erica. Come visit any time!!

Michelle is the best. She was able to bring my hair back from a frizzy, Madison Reed mess. I have naturally wavy hair that has always given challenge to stylists over the years, but Michelle is really good at figuring out how to cut it in a way that makes it work.

I wouldnt take my dog here. Woman here always walk around with there noses in the air. Too much for a haircut, usually not what you want or doesnt look like they even took any off. They dont welcome you like a person, they treat you like you just a customer. I dont like that, I want to feel comfortable

Many years ago I had a horrible experience with a No Chip manicure (from another salon) that damaged my healthy nails...I swore I would never ever do that again.Lynn has been doing my nails for almost a year, my manicures and pedicures look great and last! I put my trust in Lynn and tried the No Chip again. I am very happy that I did. My nails are strong, they last 3 weeks and no problem with the polish removal. What a difference! Lynn does an amazing job! Thanks Lynn.

Ive been here twice now for color and highlights. AMAZING stylists and a great location. I highly recommend Courtney, she is fantastic. Pricing is a bit high for the area, but worth it to me. I have found my new please fix my hair place 😍

Horrible $300.00 for a keratin that didnt take. Asked at the desk prior to the appointment to define the type of keratin they use, got there not ready, rushed the service and it didnt turn out.

This was my favorite salon. The stylist does excellent work! However, I was blindsided in my last visit. A basic cut and single color was $125! Absolutely ridiculous! Although it was good work the price was outrageous. Also, I felt rushed the last two visits. Found another location that charged half;, the service and style are excellent. Also this place offers free service for repeat customers, such as a free brow wax, basic manicure or hair treatment. In all the years I went to divas the only thing I was ever offered were up sales on products I didn t need. I noticed that on a Saturday mid-morning, of all days, it was fairly empty. I think the owner has priced herself out of business.

I must say the last few times I was at Divas, it has not been good and the prices seem much higher. Products are good but more expensive. I was just there not long ago to get my hair colored ( Highlight) to go blonde, instead I left very unhappy with the color even after the lady and I looked at pics as well the colored hair strips that we both looked at and it is actually now darker than lighter. My hair was frizzy when I left. Sad because I have been going to Divas for yrs. Now I ALWAYS get someone different now. Just way over priced for terrible service. Also I must say when I was paying and leaving. Honestly since I havent been with my regular hair dresser in yrs, I just dont feel the need to go back anymore. Thank goodness I wear a hat at work until I find another hair/spa.... Tina P

Professional and responsive. Ive never had a bad experience, here. The girls are well-trained and very attentive. It is certainly easy to find a stylist that you can mesh with, and will keep you coming back. Used to think salons were silly and unnecessary for a regular guy, but I didnt from being okay with my hair to genuinely liking my haircuts.

I have never left a bad review before but I feel this needs to be said. I don’t know if it was just a bad day or what.This also needs to be said. Divas gets three stars for their facility and their friendliness only.I was there just over two weeks ago. I got a no chip manicure. They don’t soak before they push your cuticles back and refused to cut cracked areas. Had to have it redone a few hours later due to bad polish. (Again, so friendly and helpful) The no chip has been chipping and peeling since my second polish. Two weeks along and It looks like it’s been two months.I had my hair cut too. (Again, they are very friendly. )However, I gave instructions that weren’t followed. Just a trim. I do not like when it flips up. She began styling my hair and I almost cried. She flipped it up. I asked her to please fix it. She cut a bit more and I now have very strange layers. And it still flips up at the bottom.According to many reviews, others have had great results. I hope you have one of those good experiences.

I got a great haircut haircut, but I also went for a deep condition, and that didnt go so well. She barely put any product on my hair and only put a warm towel on my head for LITERALLY five mins. It felt was rushed, I wanted to relax. And she didnt lather rinse and repeat. Other than that....it was a great cut.
