I’ve been with BMO Harris for over 20 years. I recently thought my debit card was expired and went to the Shorewood location. I was greeted by Jessica Lewickas who was so amazing. I felt so relieved when she said I had til the end of the month. Jessica updated my address and made me feel so relaxed that everything was taken care of. What great customer service!!!💕
Went here yesterday afternoon for a replacement card. The banker on duty was very rude, and I felt as if she did not even want to help me at all. I understand why she could not help me but she should really fix her ugly attitude.

The people that work there are awesome. friendly. and just super people.
The hours for the drive up are too late, and they close too early. I wish their hours were adjusted. Also, everytime I am doing a drive up transaction i always get pressured into coming in to discuss refinancing my mortgage or my car loan. If i wanted to do that i would make the appointment myself.
Whats the sense of giving this bank any business when they never answer the phones to make appointments. Tried several times during business hours and no luck. Off tho Chase I go....
