The people who operate this laundromat are the kindest most positive people I have met in a long time. My quilts and heavy area rugs were washed folded and packed so well, they did an awesome job both times I took laundry there. I am elderly and they helped me carry things in and out with a smile on their faces.

Its been years since I went there, and I must say its very well kept. The machines were clean, the floors swept, and it smelled clean. And they put in new chairs that real sized people can fit in!

Extremely clean and plenty of available washers/dryers. I cant wait to use their drop off Service.

I will never go to this uncleanly & awful laundromat again. I gave them my laundry to clean and when i got it back, in one of the bags i found a DEAD ROACH!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR LAUNDRY!

My husband and I recently came in here to wash our sons comforter and row of washing machines smelled horribly of mildew. The floors were filthy and dirty. Won’t be back there.

Five washers, 7 dryers, and vending machine were out of order. Oh, and 1 broken chair!

This is the cleanest laundromat in the area!! It is well maintained, and the drop-off service is the best. I often get my clothes back the same day!! And theyre folded perfectly. Dont go anywhere else.

Nice space. Its pretty large and there are plenty of machines. Everything looked clean and the machines look great. Ive been to laundromats where the the machines werent taken care of so they had a weird smell, but this place was clean, well lit, and everything is spaced out nicely.

I visited Shorewood Laundromat for my first time today. I would recommend this place. All the machines worked unlike Laundry World. I was fortunate to meet the owner. It is a breath of fresh air to meet a proprietor that cares about their customers. Very pleasant experience!

A very nice, clean laundromat. I love being able to use quarters instead of those preloaded cards, since I travel throughout the United States and those end up costing me in the form of unused money on the card. A very enjoyable laundromat with a great attendant.

This is a clean laundromat and the owners are friendly and helpful. I dropped off a quilt and a comforter and I had them both back to me later that day. Both items were clean, spot treated and folded very nicely. I will definitely be back in to have more items laundered. Thank you!

Washer & dryer was delivered to the wrong address and disappeared. This place saved my butt! Full service drop off. Wash dry fold and bag. Everything was perfectly folded, smelled amazing and truly clean.

This might be a premature review as my laundry is still being cleaned, but I was greeted by a friendly lady, the service was straight forward and they even told me that my cloths would be cleaned by this evening. I was in awe. I was expecting such fast services, Im so use to at least 24hr services. I did let her know I wouldnt be able to pick it up today, and would be in tomorrow to pick up the clothing, and that was just as fine. Im so happy I found this location.

This place is amazing! Great service. My family uses the laundry drop-off service and they go above and beyond! Wash+dry and folded perfectly. I went on a trip recently and was able to pack twice as much. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this place for anyone. I did a drop off service for three of my king size comforters Steve the owner took really good care of me. He was very nice, helpful and gave me a really good deal on drop off services. My comforters smell nice and looks very clean!!!! The place is also a clean facility. I will be doing drop off again.

Best place to get your laundry done. They take pride in what they are doing here. I drop off my laundry and when I pick up it is folded and fresh. The young man running the place is passionate and is all about customer service glad that there are still small businesses like this thriving in our community.

Sign says door locks at 9, sometimes it locks earlier than so. Also last time I dried here I dried for 40m and the dryer did not dry one bit, this is a self service center so the guy Steve did advise me if I come earlier someone will refund me but it was still a inconvenience that was all the change I had (no cc readers) .. lucky a nice lady spared me so I could re-dry because the doors would lock for the night if I left to the bank.

My husband is there for out of town work and will not stop raving about this laundromat, especially the drop off wash dry n fold laundry system that they have there. He mentioned they will soon be having pick up and drop off delivery as well he was so excited !! He was telling all the workers if that happened and as tired as these guys are working 10,12,14 hour shifts no one would really go and drop off laundry anymore pick up and drop off is all my husband is talking about so until next time be ready to pick up lol ..Thank you guys so much for taking care of my husband if I could give ya ten stars and beyond I so would ....hats off to you and your staff ...

Fantastic staff, great location, more modern than several laundromats that I have been to in the Joliet area. Economically the best laundromat for the price, better washers for a good price, change machine for quarters if needed! Little vending machine as well. Great drop off service for those pressed for time. The owner will be always be ready for wash and fold drop-off service, convenient location as well. Shorewood Plaza on US 52 (Jefferson St.) About a mile or so from St. Rt. 59. But right next to Jewel-Osco (the laundromat does off a vending machine for laundry supplies in case you forget your own, prices do vary on the product you require from the vending machine!)
