You were very disrespectful, and looks like you need to go back to training so you can learn how to speak polite to your customers! Ive previously worked through TRN and found out about the company through the website. The staff member who helped me on my initial phone call Rigo Moreno was extremely courteous and very helpful with when I spoke to him. He was flexible with having us come into the office and also helped my father and girlfriend obtain employment. I am between jobs so Rigo helping me gain employment fast was imperative. I am very appreciative of TRN and the staff for helping me and my family get on my feet. What I like about TRN is that the company is that it isnt just temporary work they actual work with you and the various companies so you actually get hired on through the company.

Oct. 22, 2018Was just there don’t waste your time there. That woman Nadey was a bi***ch. Walk in the door and they ask what are you here for. My head started to boil of course a job. She claims I work for them before I never been there. Unprofessional. Don’t give them your services. We all deserve better.

The first job they sent me to had very few women working there. I felt like a lot of things said to me were inappropriate so I resigned after 1 day. Not only due to the comments but because this agency forgot to give me basic things like my work number and safety vest before I started. Then they offer me a job at Saddle Creek a month later and when I get there, I need a freaking badge just to get in the parking lot. They forgot to give me that too, so I drove around looking for a place to park and there was none. So Im resigning again. This agency is highly unprofessional. I wish they would reimburse me for my time and gas I WASTED driving over an hour there and back for nothing.

They have great job but the people there are very unprofessional and very rude. They very forgetful, I was supposed to start job but the lady never called me to give me the address and times. But when Monday roll around they call asking me how I like the job Im like what job. She say the one I send you too, I said I never received a call from you with the address or nothing. The lady swear up and down she talked to me again but never did. So she told me when I ready to start the assignment just come into the office to get the paperwork for now on. I told her okay, never call or went back to the place because i got a real job offer. Why this morning 2/6/2017 the same thing happens again. I call up there and ask Jessica do they have my name and number missed up with someone else she told me no. So I told her what was going on like I didnt sign up for no assignment and she and swear up and down I did with Delores whatever they lady name. Im like no I didnt she start being rude over talking me didnt want to hear what I had to say and hung up the phone on me. I will never work with them again I feel like if you dont like you job find another dont be rude to people because yall mess up or not doing yall job right. please people dont waste your time! But I guess everyone experience is different I just thought i will share my experience with them.

Horrible agency do not work with them very rude. I went in to interview with someone for swaddle Creek they didnt have any open positions at the time. They said they would call me when a position opened up and they never did. I called a month later to see if they had anything I was told I was terminated from there comply due to a no call no show. I was NEVER offered a position I was interviewed and told when a postion opened up I would get a call. How do you get terminated from something you never even accepted in the first place. Crystal was very rude.

I came here for a job 2 weeks ago. Jessica was very pleasant on the phone but when I came in person didn’t even acknowledge me when I came through the door even after I said I spoke with a “Jessica” about a job she didn’t even turn her head my way. Long story short I was supposed to be waiting on a bc that never came for a saddle creek job paying $13 I thought to myself this past week I need to get to work so I called them to check on bc. Hasn’t come back yet . Ok cool can I just start something you have available soon . I went to Morris in yesterday to start a laundry job 12.50 an hr lots of ot cool (( they do swab drug testing by the way)) got there was waiting to start orientation all of a sudden “Natalie” ((trns head supervisor)) pulls me out the room saying they are saying my clothing is inappropriate and that I must go home. This place is a waste of time and a joke . They don’t follow up. They are not pleasant in person and the work is uncertain . Because some fat back white girl was hating on the way I looked in my exercise pants NOT leggings I’m out of a job 😏

She Told Me The Ones They Had And If I Was Interested, So Now Time For Me To Come Down There It’s 2 Lazy Ass White Girls And 1 Mexican In The Office. So I Tell Them That Jessica Said She Had A Job For Me And Jessica Fat Lazy Ass Lied And Said She Set Me An Appointment For The Next Day And She Didn’t Wanna Take Care Of Me Cause “They Was On Break” Jessica NEVER Scheduled An Appointment With Me ! We Didn’t Even Speak About Appointments. So This Place Is A Waste Of TIME! Very Unprofessional! The Girls In The Office ARE LAZY !! Worst Staffing

They so petty that 5 yrs ago I had decided I didn’t want this assignment and the TRN representative tried to make me keep assignment so I walked out. And now every time I call they tell me I’m permanently disqualified to work thru them🙄 dang what happened to 2nd chances. Anyways Staffmark and Prologistix better than them anytime so go there
