I own a small fleet of trucks. I stopped in at Chucks for an emergency fix and he was able to get me in and out extremely quick with very reasonable pricing. Ever since then, I bring all of my trucks there due to their impeccable pricing on parts, lowest labor charges you can find, and extremely polite and professional employees! Chuck and Jeff are extremely helpful in breaking down the fastest, cheapest way to get fix your trucks and get you on your way!!!!!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

I highly recommend CT Repair,It is by far the best Alignment shop in Chicago area. They are equipped with Pro-Trac system provided by MD Alignment. If you want to be sure your truck is aligned that is the shop.No question about it!I will be back to CT Repair any time I will need alignment.

I started using CTR when they first came to Shorewood. As a driver you are always looking for that honest mechanic with good prices. Chucks is that shop. They don’t try to throw parts at your semi, they take their time to diagnose it right the first time and get you going at a fair price. If your in the area for a day and need a good mechanic or you live in the area and need a good shop to go to all the time I’m telling you, you can’t go wrong with Chucks Truck repair.

Ive been going to Chucks since they were on Lawndale about 8 years or so ago and had no complaints. I recently brought my truck there because I trust them with being upfront and honest and I had gone to another place in Bolingbrook (not going to mention their establishment)to get a diagnosis on my issue because Chucks was busy. These people call me back and said i needed an overhaul which was BS because the engine was just overhauled with under 300k. Called Chuck and he was able to squeeze me in and asked me a couple of key questions about the diagnosis process they done. He checked it over and said you dont need and overhaul, Im thinking oil pump. Turns out,that was the issue and i didnt spend 30k on an unnecessary overhaul which wouldnt have fixed the problem because overhauls dont include oil pumps. I bought a used truck last year and Ive had services here 3 times. My first time was to find an oil leak that another shop could not find. They found it fixed it and had me back on the road in one day. As an owner operator being out of service can mean bills dont get paid ...THEY UNDERSTAND THAT no problems at all. I am staying with this shop they have fair prices and dont waste your time holding your vehicle

Had alignment done, started on my truck quickly.they explained what was wrong and what they did to correct it.i ask a few questions about my truck in general, they took there time and answer all my questions. they didn’t just blow me off like other places. I definitely go back to them and I will recommend to other drivers

Sorry, but NOT a reliable repair company, they do not know how to repair much of anything, charged us over $400 for repairs that they thought were needed but not what the truck was brought in for, you may be a family owned company and all the other BS youre throwing out there, but you dont know squat about semi trucks, take my advice, do NOT go to this facility, you will be wasting your time and your hard earned money, I own a family run company that is way better than this bottom of the barrel operation ! ! ! !

If youre looking for honest, reliable service in the area that you can depend on...then look no further.
