Recently purchased a new vehicle from RT and was happy with the experience. I have bought several vehicles here and will continue to go back when I am in the market to buy a new car. Jason Bono was my sales associate and I really appreciated talking with someone who was knowledgeable about the cars they are selling as a lot of sales associates are just polished sales people without a clue regarding the cars they are selling. He is easy to chat with, non pushy and I would highly recommend seeking him out if you are going there to look for a new or used vehicle. The Business Manager Michael Castro was also really enjoyable to work with. He is very personable, easy to deal with and got me the financing I was looking for.

Took a 2010 Ford fusion hybrid in for a failed emissions and ABS and brake light on.Honestly took the car here because they are close and with electronics these days, figured it was a safer bet.Boy was I wrong. $895 later, they fixed emission issue and proceeded to tell me the car needed $2,500.00 worth of brake repairs.Didnt seem right.Took to a close friend, fixed all the lights brakes work perfect now.Cost was just about $400 dollars.Be careful and if you can get a second opinion.These guys just looking to book hours to pad their pockets.

Sales person was courteous, friendly, professional and not pushy. He was constantly informing us and with us through the whole process. It wasnt necessarily the actual style of vehicle that I wanted in regards to color or features but it was what was available based on what the financing allowed. Will definitely return in two years to trade and hopefully get the one we wanted.

What a great place! I drove 40 minutes to buy my car there. I was treated great when I selected my 2020 Ford Fusion. Bob Lippie the finance guy was awesome. He explained everything to me.This was the easiest purchase I have ever had.

Terrible customer service. They had a transit connect listed for $26K, but tried to charge me $37K. This is after numerous times of them not returning my emails/calls to buy it.Bought a brand new transit at a different Ford for MUCH less, but came back due to Tirapelli location. Less than 1K miles started having issues with gear shifting and the driver seat. Brought it in, tried killing time in the show room, but the sales manager didn’t want to put down his cell phone to even talk to me, despite having 4 of his 5 sales guys not busy.Service rep told me didn’t know what I was talking about (can write more detail, but character limits in Google Review are low), even though I brought up to him about OBD and OBD2 codes.Took a ride with their transmission tech, but shrugged his shoulders and immediately left when we returned.Was berated about not talking to the transmission tech about my seat issue. Was told they never saw an issue like that and there was nothing they could do for the shifting nor seat. Asked what I could do to fix help demonstrate the issues further and met with more hostility.I dont care how far I have to drive, but will not go to Tirapelli again... debating if I want another Ford for my business. Already reached out to corporate Ford for assistance.

BEWARE!! I will NOT return to this location. I have a 2020 vehicle still under warranty and took it to this dealership to get it looked at. Alex lied to me about what the issue was as well as lied to me saying my vehicle was no longer under warranty. The manager told me that he would follow up with me and never called back. I took my vehicle to another dealership and they were able to fix it with no issues STILL UNDER WARRANTY. Will not be returning.

Never in my life have I run across a used sales manager in retail with such a pompous attitude in my life. Excuse me if I try to get the best deal I can. I guess covid has done a number on customer service. All the guy had to do was counter my offer with something reasonable and I still would have bought the truck. Now it’s principle.

Stepped foot into the dealership and let me tell you Jason is the nicest guy there. We talk and make small talk which was great, made me feel comfortable wanting to buy a car. 10/10 Test drive a car and love it. I asked him previously if I could leave the car there for a week while I clean out a space for it. Jason said yea ofc GM says no. Thats fine I understand. GM kept trying to pressure me into buying a car though which was not cool at all. Jason and I were just relaxing and getting along with the paper work but just the gm made the experience not good at all. Didnt even end up buying the car, just walked out and they had no follow up within the week. Essentially have alll my info but whatever I guess.

Ive been taking my car to Tirapelli Ford for over 10 years and have received great service every time. Would highly recommend this dealer for any service or new car. The employees are friendly and very good at their work.

My experience was awful. They were not professionals at all. I set up an appointment with them, after they Supposedly has the car done, it continues with the issue and when I called again they told is NOT their fault and they can not take care of the BAD service I received and I had to wait a week. Couple hours later I received a call to see how was my service? so I explained to the person, and he was just laughing and do not care about it. Is the worst FORD dealership, I have visit in my whole entire time with FORD cars. Not even one star.

I took my car in on a Monday to get the AC worked on and I have called daily to see the status of my car and they have no idea. The service rep said I call you when it’s done. It’s been in the shop for 5 days and I called and could not get a hold of my rep to see when I am gonna get my cat back. This is the aggravating part is the waiting’s down the no communication. Also I was lied to because rep had said that the part that they needed was gonna be in on Wednesday and then he said the part was not in and was waiting for it. I was told a day it’s been a week and still no car.

I dont write reviews but I feel I should on this issue I bought a 2016 Ford Escape from this dealership around two years ago. When we test drove we thought it pulled a little left but the sales person just said it might be from the tires being not driven on. Not being car people and just happy to be in a car that wasnt my wife old one we just ignored it. We took it for its first oil change and we let them know that the left break light was out and they wouldnt fix it. and they did a inspection and told us we would need new tires soon. Fast forward a couple months we started hearing grinding in the back and took to a local mechanic turns out we need all new roaters and calipers on the car. No one at ford said anything about that to us are we would of got that service done and turns out we have 1 newer tire on the car and 3 older ones. We dont drive much this last year and a half but come on. Fast Forward to this weekend we are going around looking at houses the car literally turns off on my wife mid turn and wont come back on for like 2 minutes and then happens again about 30 minutes later at a drive thru. We should of done our due diligence but I can say we wont be back.

Needed an oil leak fixed and a bunch of electrical issues taken care of on my 2015 focus. They got me in quickly, fixed it all correctly the first time, and the adviser Mike kept me up to date during the whole process. Can’t really ask for anything more than that. They’ve been taking care of my family for over a decade and next time my car breaks I’ll be back.

If I could give six stars, I would. Top notch dealership and gave me top dollar for my trade. I recommend them to everyone I know. I love Tirapelli so much ❤️

Assuming everything is done as promised, then they have earned my business back. It is not easy to deal with a situation like this. I now believe they are taking appropriate steps to make things right with me. Credit where credit is due.I had a bad experience in the service department. While my Explorer was being service, something of value was stolen out of my vehicle. R.T. Ford is the ONLY place I had been between last seeing this item, and realizing it was missing. No question at all where it disappeared. I spoke with the general manager. All I really wanted was to make him aware, and perhaps get an apology. He said he would follow up, but never did. This is how R.T. Ford cares about its customers. We have purchased 2 Explorers and 1 F350 from R.T. Ford. But that is the last they will ever see of us. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up after such a serious problem.

I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle from Tirapelli. I called ahead as they are 4 hours from my home. They assured me the car was in great condition. I test drove the car and the first thing I noticed was the overwhelming odor. I’m not sure if was wet dog or vomit. There was gum stuck in the seatbelt, chocolate ground into the seats and film on all the mirrors. All in all the car was gross. After driving half my day to get I still was willing to negotiate. They then offered me 1/2-2/3 of the Kelly blue book value on my trade in. I asked why and they really had no reason other than that they have their own system. I explained I don’t make up blue book prices. They were unwilling to negotiate a reasonable offer. They fulfilled every negative stereotype of a car dealership and beyond. Very disappointed and my time was wasted.

My husband & I just bought our 2017 Explorer here and were throughly impressed with the dedication and attention to detail everyone showed with our purchase. Im always hesitant to write bad reviews but they top the cake on bad attitude for a group of people working at a dealer. This is strike two for me at RT Ford both times they had my truck over triple the time they said it should take them to service my vehicle. The first time i get my serpentine belt replaced i was told ill have it by the end of the day and three days later i got it back with a broken line that controlled my power 4 wheel drive switch. The most recent is an oil change that should have take. 45 minutes to an hour (was my quote). 4 hours later with no call and no one at service i get my truck back to hear a popping noise when i break and my coolant reservoir was completely drained. I will never take a vehicle there again due to such poor service in both the way they treated me and the way they treated my vehicle. My family has bought at least 10 vehicles from this place too.

Best car buying experience ever, not even close! Deal was negotiated remotely, car was out front waiting for test drive just to confirm all was as expected, and terms sheet was on desk at end of test drive. Paperwork was signed and I was on my way home. No other dealer was able to touch the price, and that is after adding in the Ford Maintenance Plan. I am so pleased, I now have a brand new vehicle to drive with a maintenance plan that means I never have to pay anything, and the price I paid is still less than I was able to get anywhere else.See you on the next car Jessica, Ray and Bob at Ron Tirapelli Ford!

I would normally select five stars for this dealership, but I have to give them only two stars this time.I made an appointment for first thing (7 am), and I was the first one in. They didnt check out my car until AFTER lunch that day, and they had to keep it overnight and I am still without a car as I write this review. Im hoping to get it today, and hopefully the issues have been fixed.I know that a dealer can get busy, and thats what they explained to me. I understand that.But when I make an appointment for first thing in the morning, and Im the first one they see, I expect to have my car diagnosed before noon, so that any necessary repairs can be made by end of day.

I had recently been looking in the market to buy my first brand new, unused vehicle and found something that I really enjoyed. I couldn’t find any place that had the car I wanted so I went into Ford and Charles recommended a few options that were similar to what I was interested in. He also answered all my questions and told me what to expect when buying a new vehicle. Very disappointed in my visit today. I was told our 2018 Ford Lariat depreciated 13k in the past 6 months because it was built in Canada (and the sunroof wasn’t working, which is under warranty so it shouldn’t matter.) We researched ourselves as well as called around to mechanic shops and other dealerships who all agreed that it was complete bull.

Great customer and car service for my 2017 Escape.

The experience was great. My wife actually called about the truck while I was driving to look at it. I had over a 2 hour drive ahead of me. The salesman Justin was very nice to her on the phone. Treated her very nice and was very informative. And actually called her back to check and make sure we were coming because they had received multiple calls for the same truck. When we arrived Justin was busy with another customer so Brian helped us look at the truck and take it for a test drive. Also put the truck up on a lift so I could take a look underneath. Haggled a little on the price with the sale manager Jason but in the end felt I paid a fair price and was happy with the price that I got. Cant remember his name but the gentle man who got all the paper work ready for us was very nice as well. Overall for being out of town, we had a great experience. I would recommend checking them out for whatever your needs are when its time to buy a new or used vehicle.

Now before I write this review I do want to mention that they did do the job I asked for and the service writers were nice. However, I had got a a quote on service two months prior to today for a trans service to drop the transmission pan, change the filter and fluid for around $350. I call at a later date and set up the appointment and was told on the phone the same service was around $375. Then, I go in and they write my car up and quoted me around $425 when I was in. Now I added another $25 to that with an engine oil change that I brought my own oil and filter for. So now were at $450. When the car is done I leave an ended up paying $508! I checked other Ford dealers that would have done it for around $300-$350. Honestly feel ripped off and will not be returning to Tirapelli Ford anytime soon. I hope corporate Sees this.

I called there today after seeing a deal on the internet .the salesman on the phone claimed the deal would not apply to me so i said well the 2021 are coming out soon what kind of deal could i get on the 2020 and he got mad at me saying your a guy that just wants a deal late in the year when new models come out and he didnt have time for a guy like me i was floored never in my 30 years car shopping was ever talked to like that every one wants the best deal and the 2020 are a year old now and depreciate i wouldnt recommend this dealer with such a rude salesman

Always a great experience

Have had every one of my service appointments at this location; some good, some not so good. A free car wash is supposedly included with the services. Even though I remind and request the wash, I NEVER have received one. My last appointment took over an hour and a half and had to seek someone out to find out if it was done. No one came to tell me my car was sitting outside, ready. My next service will be at another dealership.
