Jeff, Kris and Cindy are such professionals! Their attention to cleaning is impeccable and they are just lovely people. Always dependable and on time. They clean so thoroughly, efficiently, and without complaint. We are grateful for the hard work they do to clean for our busy family of four humans and two furry pets. Our house just sparkles after they leave.

Great service! My house was pretty dirty and greasy. Two maids and a mop came in a couple of times and really scrubbed it up nicely. Now I am on a biweekly clean schedule and love it!! The ladies are very professional and efficient. Highly recommend them!!

The two women, Alexi and Catlin, who came were excellent in all respects. They worked constantly and well together dividing tasks so that much more was accomplished in the three hours they were here. Basic on this experience we will probably signing up for monthly or two week service.

We had Two maids in for a weekly touch up. The girls were great and efficient! The cleaning took less time then they thought so they went above and beyond to help me out and finished the dishes for me. It means so much to have the help and I so appreciate it!Would recommend to friends and family!

I requested a one time deep top to bottom detail clean. Wow! Exceptional! I am so happy and relieved to have my house looking so good! Jeff and his team were so good! Taylor, Shelbe, and Susan worked very hard and were attentive to my areas of concern. I was quoted a price ahead of time and was told they would take as much time as needed to clean my house right! At the end of the clean after the team left- I noticed just a couple things that were missed. I called Jeff and they returned very quickly to address the issue. - It was no problem for them and they were so kind about it. They stated they wanted to fully meet my expectations and wanted me happy with job! I am thrilled! I would highly recommend 2 Maids and A Mop. Jeff kindly guided his team to areas to focus on and reviewed work as they went. I never would have been able to get my house to this level on my own! The weight lifted off my shoulders is priceless. I am happy to have time now to focus on other things. I can’t thank 2 Maids and A Mop enough!!

These people care and are efficient. When you say clean they mean CLEAN. Jeff is the best. He employs very caring people. I am somewhat handicapped. The last time they were here, I went to toss a rug in the washer. I looked up and there was one of the ladies. She said she came as she was afraid I might fall. That is the kind of people with whom I want to do business and am comfortable with in my home. Hailey and Jess were my aides for the day. I have never been disappointed with a visit from Two Maids and a Mop. And the Xmas treat bag!!! Over the top. Penny

I reached out for a quote for a one time cleaning, it was much higher than i had seen at other companies so i didnt schedule anything.I received a text saying i could get a better quote over the phone or over text. I opted for text or phone call after work.no response.The next day a similar message. I stated the same since it was a busy day no response.come Saturday i get another text with the same message. At this point i had already hired someone else who was actually responsive.I wasnt going to leave a review and i was just going to let it go but i am getting more messages and emails after i told them i wasnt interested.I dont need to be harassed. I had to block the number an email. who knows how well they clean because i wont ever work with this nightmare of a company.

My house was not deep cleaned as promised. It was mildly wiped down and in the areas they felt should be. There were still marks in cabinets, doors, railings. It was as if I had my kids clean it and not a company that was hired at quite a high price. I have worked in the industry and was shocked at what they considered a deep clean. They said they were done and only half the job had been done. I pointed out areas that hadn’t even been touched, yet were discussed by me the cleaners, and the owner. They went back and did those couple things. Then said OK can we go. They were very insistent on leaving and getting onto their next job when the job here had not even been finished. The timeframe that was discussed wasn’t even done yet. The deep clean that is detailed on the website is definitely not the deep clean that you get. It is not a deep clean at all. I reached out to this company to explain that and received zero response. Yeah, my card was definitely charged for the full price. When truly only half the price was what was truly given. The floors are sticky and I now have to clean and wash my bathrooms and house. On top of being scammed out of over $500. Horrible service and they completely ripped me off. I want my money back. They say the maids get paid based on service. They charged my card before ever asking how the service was. The owner was here to tell them everything to do but never came back to check to see what they actually did. Won’t answer my email, won’t take my phone call. This was such a scam. Their chemicals gave me a migraine, my floors are sticky with something that I can’t mop out and I have now mopped my floor twice since they came yesterday. So they took my money and if the maids get paid based off their service and now there’s a bad review, the maids get less pay in the company gets to pocket the money. What a joke! I try to find the silver lining in most things and I try to be grateful for every service that I get when you shell out that kind of money because you can’t bend over and deep clean your house properly and all you really want is a good deep clean in your home and you work extremely hard for that money as a single mom with four kids. You feel very ripped off and violated.

All the folks that have cleaned for me are friendly, thorough, and professional. They ask questions when necessary and follow all requests. Great job!

Im retired and could be doing this myself but then the pandemic hit us and we needed to get the place sanitized so it made more sense to have somebody come in and take care of it.

Cindy and Kris did an amazing job deep cleaning our home! They got things clean I didn’t even realize could be so clean again! I highly recommend them.

Service did not meet expectations of deep clean. Requested a time to talk with owner, sent pictures to show areas that were missed, no response. Cob webs left behind, baseboard untouched, dusty doors, bathroom floor left dirty, toothpaste all over the mirror. 3-4 ppl, cleaning for 4 hours should have been able to complete the job. Very disappointed.

Two Maids and a mop did a great job cleaning my house. Since im working from home they socially distanced when possible and wore masks the entire time.

They were a great crew, on time, and courteous. The house was left in perfect condition and they checked their work as they went along. I will use them again!

As I saw someone else post, over promised and underwhelmed. I feel the job time was underestimated, so many things that are part of the deep clean were not completed.

They all were very friendly and did a fantastic job. Very reliable and very reasonably priced!!

Overpromised and underwhelmed best describe my experience. We scheduled a move out cleaning which we were told would start at 8 a.m. At 8 a.m that day we received an email saying the crew would arrive between 12 and 12:45 p.m. They showed up at 2:00 p.m. and said they did not have our phone number to call and tell us they were running late. After looking around the house, the manager said the house was very clean, would not take as long and he would charge us less. Besides, the crew is done at 5:00 p.m., he added. The quality of the cleaning was ok. Dusting and hardwood floors was done well. Bathrooms were cleaned well, except one shower door was cloudy. Glass cleaning left streaks on several windows. The kitchen countertops were cleaned thoroughly, but the tabletop was not touched. There was not a final walk through. In fact, I showed up early to do a walk through myself and the crew was packed up and ready to leave.Had the communication been better and the job not rushed, I could give 4 stars.

Great job by the 3 that showed up as they worked non-stop for over 3 hours. The home was cleaner then when we moved in and we went with the heavy cleaning plan as we are getting ready to sell. Will use the company for our move out cleaning also.
