Pretty standard as far as temp agencies go, but if you happen to have the misfortune of being paired with Lucie Ly, request a new Rep or move on! She is incompetent and too busy ingoring her her duties to be of any assistance. Worst Rep I have encountered in any agency so far, how she doesnt get lost on her way to work each day is beyond me, complete idiot.

Stay away from them! They won’t send you a w2 to file taxes, won’t help anyone get into paperless employee, very rude on phone, don’t answer half the time! STAY AWAY from this company!!

I can honestly say that Aerotek is by far one of the larger staffing agencies in MN but I dont think its the best. Ive work a few summers with Aerotek (being that Im a college student) and Ive only actually had one caring, selfless, and growth motivated staffing agent. She worked at the Bloomington center and went above and beyond to find me a job that was fit for me according to my experience. I forget her name but she was exceptional!Another recent experience that really turned me away from this company though, happened at the Arden Hills location. I went there with my updated resume hoping they could help me find a job. The guy that worked with me immediately came off as though he had more authority than me. When we got into the room to discuss and review my resume, he automatically questioned me about my college education and if I was going to pursue it. After I told him that I was going to attend school in the fall, his tone of voice and interest totally changed. He even told me that hes throwing me under the bus because I was a college student. Besides the fact that he was already giving up on finding me a job, he never even looked at the other information on my resume such as volunteer work and consistent leadership roles during college.I guess I shouldnt care too much either since Ill be graduating and actually going into a legit career soon. But I just want to stress to those of you who are looking for a job and considering going through Aerotek, just know that most dont care about your personal growth but more about their commission off of you.

My recruiter Giang Nguyen was very nice and kind, easy to talk with, and a very understanding person. He got me a job right away! The building is beautifully kept up, very comfortable. There is free coffee, candy and mints in the lobby. The employees are dressed professionally, and make sure to put you in the right area for your skills. Highly recommend.

Moving is stressful. Finding a job after moving is even more stressful. The team was very helpful and hands-on with finding me the right fit. There was no pressure to take the first thing that came along.

Never working with this place again. I was told they found a job for me and wanted to talk about it. Well I called back a few times and no one ever got back to me. A week later and still no call or email. They dont care about anyone or anything but getting their money!!

Ive had a great experience with everyone Ive dealt with at Aerotek. They are extremely professional and genuinely care about finding me a job that fits my skills. There were a few positions I was interested in and they were upfront with me and told me its not a good fit and they were right. I now have a job I love with a great company. Any questions I have they answer right away and Im treated like a person not just a number, that just doesnt happen in the staffing industry. Overall I couldnt be happier with this company.

I recently was placed in a job through Aerotek and have been very satisfied with their commitment to making sure I am comfortable. My recruiter was Nichole Budnicki, and she has been with me 100%. As an employee at this Aerotek, I would have to wait a minimum of a week to hear back from anyone this location. I wasnt told the information about my first day until the day before I started. I would recommend any new workers choose a different agency that will treat their needs appropriately.

Aerotek is by far the worst agency that Ive ever been with. They dont even deserve a star. They dont help you at all. Areotek treats people as if they dont have the skill to get a job on their own. They always over promise but never deliver. They waste your time by having you come in to do an interview with them. After that, if they cant get you the job you want then, they will never call you back or follow up with you. So then youre left with not knowing whats going on. After a few months they will call you constantly, trying to get you a job that, you dont even want. By that time they think youre desperate for their help and a getting a job. Its like you should of done that in the first place if you truly cared about the people youre trying to help. Aerotek is unprofessional and with these poor reviews, they dont even take the time to resolve them. My best advice is to not bother wasting your time with them! Youre better off going somewhere else.

I have worked with multiple people throughout the past years within the Arden Hills office for Aerotek. The experience I had was unlike anything I had experienced previosuly with other staffing agencies. I was amazed at how much they seemed to care about placing me in a position that was the right fit and how easily they found me work when I was looking. They got me on my feet when I was unemployed and then when my contract expired they found me a job to get my feet wet again in mortgage (which was my previous employment). I have grown into a position that will likely become my career for many years to come. I thank Aerotek and the entire staff in Arden Hills for their help with getting me to where i am today.

I’m disappointed with the recruiter I had. She gave me hope twice thinking I would be able to get into a job. She doesn’t keep me up to date daily on what’s going on, overall bad communication. Even until now, Jordyn never contacted me back. I’m upset. I’m sure Aerotek wouldn’t be that bad if I had a different recruiter who would do their job right.

Aerotek never ceases to find you at least 1 job. *Make sure* to use nothing but email correspondence when working with the staff though. It leaves a paper trail for you to track if/when any issues arise. Also helps to take pics of your time cards with your cell phone at the end of the week each week. Just some friendly tips.

I have a great time meeting up with Giang and his partner Mike. Both of them help me find the job that work with my schedule and help me with my resume as well. I would recommend this to anyone that want to find a job through Aerotek.

As a welder just out of school, yes they found me a job, not a career as advertised. The place they put me was filthy, disgusting. Tobacco spit everywhere. Couldnt tell if i was walking on a dirt floor or a concrete floor. His only concern was HIS bottom dollar. Didnt fight for me after company wanted to let me go. Harrassed me by phone after company let me go. I was only there two weeks. I even called him and said I had suspicions i was going to get let go. I will never work for aerotek again. Everything is a lie. Just another temp agency.

My experience with Aerotek has been nothing but positive. I really felt the my recruiter, Jeff Frederickson, understood I was having trouble finding a job and he did everything he could to help me find that job as quickly as possible. Also I loved having follow up calls to make sure everything is going well and friendly reminders from the payroll staff to make sure you have submitted your timecards if you happen to forget at the end of the week. Aerotek minnesota is nowhere near the great level it is in Washington. Lost paychecks, incompetent recruiters that beg you to give a positive review on google and carelessness about their temp workers makes for a very frustrating experience. Ive worked for them for over a year and am significantly less stressed over my livelyhood now that im no longer with them.Recruiters will conveniently disappear when you make a plan with them, and tell you they were on vacation when you finally contact them and ask, what happened to our appointment?Used car salesmen, steer clear

I have had the worst luck with these guys. A couple of years ago I went down there because they said I had a job and then I gave the guy my resume and he said I was a job hopper I had just moved here to Minnesota from Colorado and I kept getting jerked around at various companies. Then this week I am trying to find a job and they keep telling me they have a machinist position and that they will send me specifics on the job and they never do. Good luck out there to everyone looking for a job these people seem to be too busy playing on there computers to help you out.

Horrible. I’m suppose to be on worker’s comp but yet the company nor worker’s comp will communicate with me. I left plenty of voicemails for both companies and still no call return. I tried applying for welfare til I heal and aerotek had told them that they’ve been sending me checks for my injury but yet I got NOTHING! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who is looking for temporary jobs.

I had a great experience through Areotek. I worked with recruiter Nicole Budnicki to get my first full time position after graduating from the University of Minnesota. I not only found a job quickly with Areoteks help, but a new career at a top-notch company. My recruiter helped my develop my resume, talk through the interview process and followed up with me to make sure my job was a good fit for me. The entire process was extremely positive and as they worked hard to find me a job in my field of interest.

Aerotek have been call me Last year and this year total 15 time but never get you a job alway said that they have a job but you would never get it because they alway lying.Dont worth your time with those stupid people...!!!!!!! They try to be like they are going to have a job for you keep call you and talk to you then tell you that they need to fix something they will call you back then like a couple of hours they call back against and ask some stupid questions then they are tell you against that they are busy will call back later then hangup after 2 hours later they call you against and ask couple of questions tell you that they have a job for you and they told you they will call you back after talk to the company but never call against, they will keep do that to you if you dont said something to those people. The most I hate it keep call and hangup and call against, unprofessional.

Aerotek has been calling me every week for the past two years even though I told them to stop and also Lao Yang called me multiple times in a row before 8am which I dont think is legal, didnt want to leave a message, just wanted to pester me until I woke up and answered. Never go through aerotek.

Do Not believe the 5 star reviews below!!!Its all BS.This company is a SCAM!They dont pay you!! They have been holding my paycheck for 3 week. They keep on saying that my hours have not been aproved by my manager, which is not true! I got an email from my immediate manager stating that the hours have been aproved 3 weeks ago. I forwarded that email to Jim Condon, who is still denying that!!I am going to find a few more Aerotek employees and file a class action lawsuit! I totally got screw over by recriuter xavier rucker . Gave me wrong address and info about job and I was late for the 1st time of all my Interveiws with the company he sent me to, I never been late on 1st day interveiw. I told him I was going to quit and gave my 1 week noctice because I didnt like being look at as a bad worker and I just found out recently that he put on record I didnt give my 1 week noctice I just quit and left thats bullshit thats why I came here because he made me look really bad behind my back. I gave him and the other recruiters half a month noctice that a family member also passed away (Hazelwood car accident) so on that following week would be a family feneral. none of that was on record I believe. Ive been with aerotek for almost 2 years most recruiters I been with did a great job and impact my life positively. since I been with xavier its horrible man.
