Store Manager Jon Hoove and Assistant Manager Cameron Cagle went above and beyond to help us getting the flooring and underlayment that required by condo HOA. Originally we ordered wrong underlayment that was not approved by condo HOA, Jon made the exchange process fast and painless. I highly recommend this LL Flooring.

Moved to a new house, talked to many specialist from LL flooring to have my whole house floor replace. Project took 4-5 weeks mainly due to 3 weeks delay from supplier. But I was able to get all samples the day I visit and bring them home to make comparison, have them schedule a contractor to visit my house and deliver the material within time.The after service was also great, I got phone call to ask if I found any issue with the newly installed flooring. They also reached out to the contractor for me to have them revisit any issue I have. Happy with the service and knowledge of everyone in the store.

Featuring, many types of click and lock and nail down flooring in a broad selection of material types.The showroom has an easy display setup to allow the opportunity to browse and feel the products.The staff is friendly and able to answer and provide information regarding the products.

This is a tough one, because there was one guy there who deserves 5 stars, but other service experiences were a 2. We were ordering what seemed like the last two boxes in the world of this specific flooring, which they found. But then they messed up the FedEx delivery. Nearly a month later the 5-star guy went above and beyond to help us.
