I just had two of my wisdom teeth taken out, which I had been dreading, but the team here was great. As someone with a major doctor/dentist phobia, this is the most comfortable Ive felt in a medical office probably ever.I hadnt been to the dentist at all in almost 6 years and no one shamed me for it at all, they just gave me a manageable list of everything I needed done which was easy to break down into different appointments to keep it affordable.From reception to the dentist, everyone is so kind there. I had the same dental assistant for my surgery as I did for my consultation and she was so nice and encouraging throughout all of it. She also did a great job of numbing me before surgery; reassuring me that everything was okay and helping me keep my breathing normal as I have a fear of needles.The extraction itself was so quick with very minimal discomfort, everyone making sure I was feeling okay throughout the process. Double checking that I was numb enough, making sure I had headphones and music so I wouldnt have to hear the noises of the surgery.I just moved out of the shoreline area but Im definitely going to continue using them as my dentist for as long as possible. Its worth the trip for a place where I feel like a valued patient; where I know everyone there is looking out for my well-being.Finally, theyre affordable. I signed up for the yearly discount plan, as I dont have insurance, and it has already paid for itself a few times over. Quality care at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for, really?If any of the staff reads this, thank you so much for all you do! Im so glad I decided to choose Ideal Dental!

I had called to make an appointment due to an aching wisdom tooth. Called and was able to get an appointment for a few days out, I called the next day due to the pain getting progressively worse and my gums were very swollen. When I called the second time to ask if there were any cancellations they looked and where able to get me in same day. They called me pack later that morning and stated they could see me even sooner and could possibly get my tooth extracted. They truly made me feel like they cared and wanted to help me. My appointment went so great and every single person there was amazing and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was so great to me and reassured me he was going to take good care of me as I was extremely nervous. I am recovering now but feel so great getting that wisdom tooth removed and with so much care.

Great staff, hygienists and dentist. Very welcoming. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was super gentle and very sure handed when it came to giving injections. They make something that can be a scary situation for some people and make it calming with music and planet earth playing on tvs as you get cleaned. Awesome experience.

They’re accommodating when scheduling appointments and especially since the beginning of the Covid pandemic have followed strict safety guidelines. And I especially love Jamie, my hygienist. I not only appreciate Ideal Dental but I trust them without question on taking care of my dental needs.

Complete waste of time. I loved Reign Dental but my latest experience after the name change has lost me as a client. I came in for a cleaning and consult on 2 services, left after 1.5 hours with none done. I sat in the chair for a long time with the tech who took some x-rays very very slowly, then brought in other techs to help, I think? Nothing was communicated to me about what was going on. They took gum measurements but I didnt know what that meant... by the end of 1+hr they said I couldnt get a cleaning bc my gums were too inflamed--could have told me that earlier? I also came for consult on Botox and to get a mouth guard impression, but the Dr wasnt even there to do either. Again, could have told me earlier. I was annoyed they even scheduled me for these services on a day the dentist wasnt there. They asked me to come back for a 2 hour appt, but considering how this 1+ hour was spent I wont go back.Also, when I went to a new dentist, Ideal sent over my x-rays and less than half were even taken. Wow. What did they do the whole time I sat there??

I had a wonderful first appointment at IdealDental, i left the office with clean teeth and a great smile thanks to Jamie. Great place and i will definitely be there again soon.

So I have extreme dental anxiety and hate going to the dentist. These guys make it all better. Its obvious to me this office is a good place to work because the staff is all happy and extremely acomodating(due to my anxiety I am very needy).My two favorite people there are my dentist Mike and his dental hygienist. They both have great hands and exhibit only the highest standards of care. Of note, I think my hygienist actually cares about my dental health and well being. She really motivates me to do better with my teeth, while having having the perfect quiet and intentional pacific northwest vibe. My teeth never felt cleaner after she was done with me, and I felt compeltely at ease under the steady hands of Mike the dentist as he drilled me gentlyIt is also worh mentioning they deliver a caring and excellent nitrous treatment to relieve anxiety. I will be back for the remainder of my dental treatments to this office as long as they continue this level of care. I also will bring my future wife and kids. No questions asked..

Overall it’s been a great experience. There were a few scheduling snags due to equipment not being available but everyone is very nice and they do good work with modern equipment and procedures.

Chipped my front tooth pretty bad tried a few other dentists but didn’t get back nearly as fast as reign. Called them up and was in there office 30 minutes later getting it examined. Nice team from the looks and very friendly

They were all very kind, not super pushy or trying to sell anything, and it is a really comfortable environment with soothing music playing.

I found Dr. Caparas while looking for a clinic with evening availability. I waited for over an hour to be seen at my first appointment, but only got to talk to the dentist for 5 minutes. I had X-rays already from my previous dentist, but Dr. C came up with a completely different treatment plan. He told me that I should get invisalign orthodontics and dismissed all of my other dental concerns. One of my concerns was a missing front tooth, but he said the invisalign tray would have a tooth inside. His billing specialist was much more thorough, but it turns out my insurance has no ortho coverage. It was then I pushed to have my partial denture repaired or replaced because I knew I wouldnt be getting braces anytime soon. They took impressions and when I came back the following week, the denture did not fit. It didnt line up to my teeth whatsoever, and the tooth was not even the same shade as my other teeth. Dr. C came in to see and this is when things got weird.He said, So? Its just for aesthetics anyways. I showed him my previous partial denture and how I wanted the denture to be more like that one, and he didnt even understand how my old denture held on in my mouth! When I tried to explain how the denture his office made wasnt lining up with my teeth or was popping loose easily, he said well, youre going to get invisalign anyways, which will have a tooth.... Excuse me? I paid $900 for this denture, and you dont think it matters that it fits?! Maybe a partial denture isnt the best option- but it beats walking around toothless in the meantime!I also tried to talk to him about a tooth scheduled for work that I feel needs a root canal. They took another X-ray and he said, Yes, its more inflamed and walked away. I had to ask his assistants three times if I was getting a root canal as they kept trying to send me home before they sorted it out. Then when I came in for my third denture fitting (which still didnt fit, and the dental assistant tried to bond it into my mouth with putty as a solution) I had to beg for antibiotics. If you cant even figure out a partial denture, which is a service that you advertise and offer, then there is no way I am trusting you to give me a root canal and crown! I have absolutely nothing to show for multiple appointments. I wish I had never bothered with this dentist!!

My first time at Reign was a hard emergency. Throughout the entire visit, they were consummate professionals - everyone from the Doctors, the Assistants, and the Front Desk Staff. They got the job done, and done well, even despite my panicked state. It was obvious they could handle everything from emergencies to cosmetic care. Definitely consider them as your primary care for your pearly whites.

This was easily the most comfortable visit to a dentists office Ive had. Jamie was professional, personable, and thorough about my cleaning, and the dentist was the same for my exam. These guys are doing it right!

Personally, I have a lot of anxiety about dentist visits. I recently had my first apt at Reign dental and felt very comfortable. Very easy going people, I had a very pleasant visit. I would sent anyone in my family here. Also very clean and sanitary.

I honestly cant say enough nice things about these guys and gals!Ive been...lets just say a bit neglectful of my dental health due to some pretty extreme anxiety. Ive had several procedures done here in the last month or so to get back on track, and theyve been beyond awesome. Very patient, thorough, etc. Easily the most gentle cleaning Ive ever had, too!I cant say Im exactly excited to come back, but at least Im not curled up sobbing in the floor at the prospect...and thats some good progress. I needed an oral surgeon and they not only gave me a free consultation but then found an oral surgeon that would see me immediately and made an appointment and gave me directions. Heather said I didn’t have to pay for the consult and was very helpful and found me someone I could see me Immediately. Most importantly the place she referred me to was amazing, talented and able to squeeze me in for surgery the next day. I think they are my new dentist !!

If you had a good exam and cleaning experience with them, leave with that and never ever step a foot in this dental office again for other services. ( their hygienists are good, but the doctor...) Heres what happened to me for your own judgment: as a mother of two young kids, for every dental visit I need to find child care.The reason I chose them to finish my implant procedure and other two crowns is they said they could complete all the work with two visits, despite their office is 25 miles away from my home and with traffic it can take about 2 hours for a round way drive.  Today I paid my fifth visit and still have one crown missing. No.1 visit was for an exam and cleaning. No.2 after drilling my implant open, they found they didnt have the abutment fitting the implant. so I need to come back again .  No. 3 visit, take the mold. No. 4 put the crowns back, but only after I arrived at the office, I found actually only one crown was ready . so I needed another visit. they promised that they would try best to fit my schedule for next visit  like a Saturday or something. However, on a Wednesday, I was called that either I could come on that Friday morning or another 14 days later because the doctor would be on vacation soon.all right...  This morning was the No.5 visit. When I made the appointment I asked how long the procedure was going to take and made it very clear that I had to leave before 11:40 a.m. They told me it took about 1 hour.  I made the appointment for 10:30 a.m. and arrived at their office punctually. after checking in, I waited until 10:50 a.m, nobody attended me. Then I reminded the front desk  that I had to leave at 11:40 am sharp. The frontdesk didnt take any action, simply told me to wait and the doctor was attending other patients.  At 10:58 am finally someone came out to take me in. The assistant was the main person trying to do the work but she couldnt, while the doctor came in and out jumping among different patients. 11:38 am ! could I get the doctor in to fix the problem sooner?! Finally the doctor came in and stayed more than 5 mins. He tried and even trimmed another good tooth. At the end, he told me the crown was too high and he could NOT put it on and I am welcome to come back again !!! I told him I d rather miss another appointment to stay longer for him to fix the problem than coming back again. but he couldnt because he had other patients ! hes badly overbooked. The urgency for him to make money is understandable but his time is time and money, why is mine worthless ? I didnt see any professional morality as a dentist and basic respect for the patient here.another interlude about the girls in the office: after checking with the insurance company, I found I was overcharged 132 dollars. YES, you may never know if you dont do the math carefully for the bill by yourself. I wrote an email asking for a refund. Megan wrote back let me ask . I never heard anything back for two weeks. During my 4th visit I asked her again in the office, she said ask Patti, shes taking care of the refund. but excuse me, whos Patti? Do you expect a patient to know all the people in your office and their responsibilities? Megan handed over Pattis name card and asked me to contact Patti myself. Well,I found Patti and she took care of it. With the endless visits, I did get to know most of the girls in their office. lol  as I have to give one star, its for Melisa. Shes responsible and shows compassion.

Ive had some scheduling frustrations but my actual appointment with Nancy for a cleaning was great. Ive lived in many different cities and had lots of cleanings from different people, and Nancy is bar far the best hygienist Ive ever had!!! She is so kind, patient, and informative. Ill definitely be coming back just for her and will recommend her to my friends and family! Give this woman a huge raise so she stays at Reign please!!! :)

Both my son and I just learned today we all have a 16-18 hour window between tooth brushing events to avoid spending thousands of dollars correcting my laziness of only brushing once a day. Also, learning that Ideal Dental is expanding, I hope they continue to share the process of 101 saving your teeth with everyone to avoid spending tens of thousands of dollars that I have spent not knowing how important brushing twice a day is. This should be taught in kindergarten as caring for your teeth 101 basic schooling! At Ideal Dental caring for your teeth is not an imagination, its reality if you apply their recommendation to simply brush twice a day.

Reign Dental is one of the most beautiful facilities I’ve been in. They have all the latest technology and they make sure that you are comfortable. Today was my first experience and I am happy I found them.

You end up having to wait a bit each time and sometimes the receptionist doesnt come across as super friendly, but they are a new, clean, up to date office. Im getting Invisalign there so havent had a cleaning or much interaction at all with the dentist, but the hygienists and assistants are great.

Paid the amount quoted for my root canal and crown. Get a bill months later for an extra $300 that wasn’t part of my original quote. To top it off, my new dentist showed me xrays of the root canal, they didn’t even finish it before putting the crown on and now I have to get another root canal and crown. Rip off go literally anywhere else.Edit: reign doesn’t honor their guarantee. Admitted they didn’t finish root canal, want another $1,000 for a crown replacement on top of the root canal they admit they messed up. Two other dentists confirm crown replacement isn’t needed. Crooks.

I cant say enough GREAT things about this dentist and the staff. The receptionist always greets you with a smile!! The waiting room is clean and inviting. You never have to sit for long, however, because they always get you back in the room right away. I LOVE my hygienist, Jackie. Shes gentle, and fast, and thorough. Ive never had my teeth cleaned so well. They never try and push to sell you anything!! I didnt want X-Rays or fluoride at my last visit and they didnt try and force it. Very reasonably priced!! The dentist is very nice but the assistant Monika is very rough during the procedure, which I didn’t like it. When she put instruments in my mouth, she kept hitting my mouth and other teeth. Other than that the service there is always very through.

The facilities are high tech and clean. The staff is wonderful and very professional. The cleaning was gentle and the technician very friendly and knowledgeable. This dentist and his office got good reviews. So I decided to try my luck by becoming a patient of Dr. Capares and crew.I think I chose well!!Dr. Capares is caring and straightforward.He and his staff attempt to get the best possible deals for patients rather than recommending unnecessary treatment. I should know, because I have an extensive dental history and have come to know my stuff . Dental health is a tough one for most U.S citizens because, under our current healthcare system, a persons mouth is NOT part of their body and therefore does not qualify for medical attention under medicare or most other insurance.Whenever I have a concern or a perceived emergency, this office responds asap.All the staff, from hygienists, assistants, and those dealing with billing and insurance have been friendly, personable, professional, helpful and informative.I highly recommend Dr. Capares and his capable staff members.

The hygienist was wonderful, very detail and caring.The doctor stopped by and gave me an atta-boy for taking good care of what teeth I have.They took full set of X-rays... I was pleasantly surprised.

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! The dentist and staff go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and the care is very good. The TV in every room with Netflix sure is a nice amenity when you’re having dental work. You can pick what you want to watch and they will bring you earbuds on request. They’ll even bring you a blanket if you’re cold!

As my partner sits waiting to finish up two tooth extractions, I wanted to be sure to leave my five stars. We are lower income and were denied for Care credit. The staff not only gave us a free consultation with xrays, but worked with us and came up with a plan. There is a lot more work that needs to be done, but today the pain is gone and we have plans to slowly get other teeth fixed as we can afford. Thank you so much!

After a horrible experience with a previous dentist, the staff (Specifically Mckenzie and Dr Caparas) welcomed me with professionalism, kindness, and knowledge. They helped create a dental plan for me that will fix the previous dentists mistakes and they were so understanding of my financial situation and did not push sell. The me office is absolutely beautiful, calming, clean, the decor is well thought out and organized. The seating area is very nice, offering water and coffee. I would give them 10 stars if I could! They are phenomenal and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

The last two times Ive had Nancy as my Dental Hygienist and both times she was wonderful. She always give great advice and hope to have her as my Hygienist on all my visits.

Im a new patient I called in without insurance Im a month away from getting my insurance from the utility district of Snohomish County I was quoted $1,500 just for one cap when normally caps cost 1200 trying to break people is not a Patriot thing to do to the American people even though porcelain caps are fused to stainless steel once the porcelain breaks it will peel off of the stainless steel. Your teeth are still protected but the porcelain is gone it would seem to me that this Dentistry is unfair but I wish you best of luck I will get business elsewhere

Do not go there! You will have a very hard time to get a hold of the office as phone calls usually go straight to the answering machine. You will be charged for your whole patient portion even if you call to cancel the appointment. They do not care about you as their customer and only want your money.

Dr. Caparas is the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt and it was the first time I had totally pain-free procedure. The assistant and front desk people are considerate, caring and great professionals.

Nice clean office. Pros: Jamie the Hygienist is the best Ive ever had. Shes the reason I keep going. Gentle, nice, and engaging. The MacKenzie is also great. Cons: during one of my multiple crowns, the Dentist broke off a piece of the tool in my mouth. I had to go to a specialist to get it fixed, and a route canal. The endodontist he sent me to was AWESOME (Jiten Patel), and Id highly recommend him. But I had more work done as a result. Also after the last cleaning, the front desk staff screwed up my bill and tried to charge me for another crown, which was incorrect. No one likes a visit to the dentist, much less MULTIPLE visits, and no one likes to be charged for something that was not correct.If it wasnt for the very nice Hygienist, I would probably choose another Dentist.

I have tried contacting this place at least 6 times now and nobody will get back to me. All I wanted was a local place to get a check up and teeth cleaning. Didnt think itd be so difficult! Unfortunate that I could never schedule anything.
