I want to make clear that I did not hire this company, and that this review is based exclusively on my experience with his initial consultation.I discovered rats in my crawling space and was in need of a pest control service. But the impression this “rats expert”, Christian, did on me was terrible. He had all the red flags you can think of:- He had no proper gear to wear in such situations and showed no experience handling basic hygiene procedures going in and out of my infested crawling space.I even gave him disposable footies to put on but he came back from the crawling space to my kitchen with the footies still on!-He arrived 40 minutes late to his appointment, just after it was me who needed to text message him to see if he was going to show up.- he didn’t inspect my crawling space at all. spent less than 10 secs in it and proposed to find the access point from outside, which he couldn’t find.- his explanation was “the rats were trapped inside your crawling space at the moment of construction”. ...from over 6 months ago (!?)

Have called food safety and pest control for ants in my office. The Service was very good and staff were professional and came on time. Would definitely call them again. As for now there is no more ants in my office.

I came home from vacation saw droppings inside my house. I called Food Safety and Pest control the response was immediate. James came and did the assessment to give me a quote. He put traps and bait also seal some holes. He check on the traps when Im gone again. As of today there is no mice activity in my house. Very happy for their professionalism and good work! Will definitely call them again. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
