Checking in - its been a year since Blue Star did a full paint correction and applied a ceramic coat to my 2008 FX45. Its my daily driver and has 140k miles on it, but the paint now glistens like a jewel even when its dirty and shines brilliantly when its clean. I am so blown away by both the quality of their service and products but also the truth to their promise that this finish would last. It absolutely has and continues to be worth every penny. It still repels dirt and stays miraculously clean, it still sheets away water, and you could still count your eyelashes in the reflection. Note I have maintained it once with Griots Ceramic 3-in-1 which is an easy 30 minute job, and other than that I just hand wash it maybe once a month, so its been very easy to care for. I am so incredibly happy with the results and will be taking all my vehicles back to Blue Star for the same VIP treatment. I got inspired on a sunny day and made a short video showing off how pretty it is!

It’s 2021... and how many detailers have horrible websites, don’t respond to messages, don’t answer the phone, or don’t list services online? Way too many.Blue Star answers the phone, has online booking and menus for service and do a great job.We bought our 05 Mini Cooper S a couple of weeks ago. The previous owner had taken care of the car but we wanted a deep reset so it would be easy to maintain for us. They got us in without a month wait at the beginning of summer. Great price and got the car back to us in one day.We will definitely be back when it’s time and probably take a look at the ceramic coatings for next time. Thanks for making our Mini look great for the driving season!

Steven and his team were outstanding on every level. Super down to earth, knowledgeable about their products, and amazing quality of work. They restored the finish on our Shelby GT350, did a PPF wrap on full front clip, ceramic coated the rest of the exterior and wheel and did our seats! They were through and respectful of my belongings. All loose items were put in zip lock bags and totes and they were very through. Knocked it out in a timely manner as I waited for it.

Great experience with getting STEK Dynoflex windshield PPF installed, especially since they got us in so quickly (the business day after my new windshield install). Very happy with the nearly invisible application. There was a little tiny bit of horizontal distortion for the first day or two after the install, but its cleared right up since then. You had to really look hard for it to even spot it before. Id add a pic, but it seriously looks just like a windshield. Lol. Well definitely be back! Thank you Stephen!

Stephen, the owner is courteous, and professional. He referred me to a great place to have my wheels powder coated that saved me about $300. I had chrome delete and his Silver Ceramic Pro option done and the work was fantastic! Gave four stars only because they forgot to paint the badges on my hood and trunk and there were a couple of other minor issues but Stephen is taking good care of me! Highly suggest him for other Tesla owners. My 2020 Tesla M3 looks incredible now!

They did nice work, but they told me when I dropped my car off at 10am that it would be ready at 5pm, and I was going to take the bus back, so I called at 4pm and they said again it would be done around 5, and so I got there at 5 and it didnt end up being ready until 5:50. I would have just appreciated a more accurate estimate of the time so I didnt have to wait so long.Also none of them were wearing masks inside except when talking to a customer (and even then one of them didnt wear a mask).And they hadnt taken off my bumper stickers like I had asked so they rushed to do it as I was wanting to leave so that part didnt get washed and waxed.

We decided to have our 12 year old Ram Truck detailed and have the SB3 Ceramic coating applied. The finished result was breath taking.The truck looked brand new, and the finish on the paint was like silk. Inside was also amazing. Feb 17th I had my 2016 Chevy Colorado in for a full body buff and scratch removal. I had a few scratches on the exterior body from brushing up against some hard bushes, hitting rocks and even rubbing a concrete column in a parking garage. After stopping by for an inspection they shared that its likely these scratches could be buffed out For $330 after tax), but we gave it a try and I was very pleased with the work. They buffd down most of the small scratches and do some small touch up paint to fix some of the chips.The truck looks brand new opposite the side that has the larger scratches which will require body work.I would recommend their shop. They respond quickly and the full buff took a day. They also check in with you to make sure youre aware of the treatment.

Blue Star auto works wonders! They took my dirty dirt bad 4 runner and made it look like a new car inside and out. They have friendly customer service and made it easy for me to drop off and pick up my car. Great value, I would recommend them to anyone.

Took my new car to get it ceramic coated at Blue Star Auto Salon. I called in to this shop because all of the reviews spoke so highly about this shop and Stephen. I knew I wanted a high quality ceramic coating, so I shopped around. I was willing to go all over from Everett, to South Seattle, to the Eastside.Speaking with Stephen on the phone, he got me hooked right when I called because he took the time to really explain his process, and the various different services he offers. Super easy to talk to, super easy to follow up with in texts. And very prompt! It made my decision to go with this shop super easy. Dont deal with the headache of shopping around... its like the other shops dont want your business!Im writing a review on this shop mainly for myself so that I remember where to go if/when I get a different car.

Brought in my 2017 Toyota 86 with lots of swirls and the red paint looked so dull. They finished the job fantastic. My car looks better than when I first bought it from Toyota (2nd owner). I had my truck coated inside and out with ceramic pro and I am impressed by the level of detail from the folks at Blue Star Auto Salon. Every square inch of the truck is completely spotless. The truck looks amazing and time will tell if the product provides me the desired level of protection. This shop was easy to deal with and i would recommend them to my friends. For those concerned that the ceramic pro will change the color of their vehicle, i did not find this to be the case.. it just looks REALLY CLEAN.

I went there with a very dirty vehicle after a cross country drive. Covered in dirt I couldnt even see out of my backup camera. They made my vehicle look brand new after a few hours long detail. What an amazing job. Thanks Colin and Steven and the rest of your team!

Blue Star did a ~fantastic~ job with resurrecting my car! Inside of it was in a severely rough state. Customer service at Blue Star is stellar. Stephen was very up front with pricing, what needed to be done and laid out all my options. Job was done even quicker than expected and my car was like new again. As an IGL Kenzo master installer walking into a flagship Ceramic Pro shop I wasnt sure what to expect....Thier support fo the industry as a whole is extremely admirable. These guys are ridiculously ecofriendly and efficient! Plus, Stephen is a true master of paintwork and quality. Their attention to detail is impressive to say the least.They recently held an Angelwax product training and Stephen showed an unbelievable amount of knowledge about coatings and corrections that will be a part of my business for a long time to come.

I recently had a terrible experience where someone threw rocks at my car until my windows broke out while I was driving. I posted about this experience on a local group facebook page to warn other Shoreline neighbors about what had happened to me so that they could be careful and on the lookout for this vehicle. The next morning, I received two messages from the two owners of this business asking if they could clean all the broken glass out of my car for me free of charge. (Yes, you read that right - FREE). I was skeptical at first, but I elected to go down to their shop anyways and see if it was really going to be free. They had the better equipment to vacuum out my car, and in my experience the glass shop paid by my insurance does not really care about getting up every last piece of glass.When I arrived, I was having a terrible panic attack (which I keep getting while driving on the freeway, but this time it was because of the sound of the glass continuing to fall out of the rear window because it was not all the way broken out). Nesi (one of the owners) immediately grabs me a glass of water and gives me a big hug, allowing me to cry. Stephen grabbed my keys and drove my car around to the back. He asked my permission to remove the things from my car as I had not had a chance to take anything out since it had happened. It was nice to know that they wanted my permission to touch my things.Nesi sat and talked with me while Stephen worked on my car. She could tell I was having troubles with anxiety still and wanted to do everything to make me comfortable, even if it meant putting off other work. I was there 3 1/2 hours. The reason it took so long? Stephen did not just vacuum out my car, he broke out all of the remaining glass from my window, removed the seats and trunk panels, and took my car down to the bare bones just to make sure he got up every single last shard. He even shampooed my upholstery, carpets, and my seat cover for my dogs so that I could feel safe having them in my car. He then taped up the window so that my car would not be exposed to the elements while I was driving it back home or to my insurance appointment two days later.I cannot even begin to tell you what it meant to me to see a small, locally owned business in my community want to help someone else just because. They did not ask me for anything, but I need to shout their praises from every rooftop. I went from being terrified in my own car to feeling safe again and there is just no way to put a price on that. I still cannot believe he detailed my entire car, including the front seats where there was no glass. They even asked me to come back so that they could wash my car after the glass was replaced. Again - ALL FREE OF CHARGE.TL;DR - these people are amazing and did something so kind for a community member they didnt know just to make me feel safe in my own car again and pay forward a kindness. They deserve my lifetime business and yours too. Commitment, kindness, and dedication to excellence is what Blue Star is all about.
