Arrived on time, did what needed to be done; gave us good information and departed.He was pleasant, full of information and knew what he was talking about.

Home warranty scheduled a visit with this company. The company made and appointment for the next day (per the terms with my home warranty). They never had an appointment for that day and didnt call us or email to reschedule. When we did they werent available for another 2 weeks. Which violates the term of the agreement with my home warranty but would not send the service call back to my home warranty to allow me to get a different company. Customer service hung up on me twice.~in response to the owner. I dont have Facebook and nor would I use it to communicate with a company about a professional service.

The washer remains after service, dryer door still very difficult to close

They are no call no show on schedule appointment. The first evaluation on my dishwasher was wrong, they ordered parts that are not needed. Finally they show up last Dec 17, 2020, its been 2 months since our dishwasher broke down, the tech said its the motor that is the problem. We waited and follow up on them and still our dishwasher is not yet fixed.

Horrible call service. He didn’t understand what I was explaining at all.
