My first time ever going to a Les Schwab. I can honestly say this has been the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop. Im pretty handy. I can do most auto repairs myself, but I leave patching tires to the experts. After realizing I had a nail in my tire, I headed over. It was close to closing time. Most places wouldnt take any more work, but these guys welcomed me in and made it not seem like any problem at all. After they finished, I went to pay to find out that they werent even going to charge me. This customer service is above and beyond and because of this, this is now the only place I will bring my vehicles. Really appreciate the service. 6/5 stars.

Can’t say enough about Les Schwab. Always helpful and such great customer service. We service our business trucks here and have tried to get quotes at others store to compare but always end up going with Les Schwab’s because they are the best deal. This week I went for an odd notification in my personal car, the driver side tire had less air than the other 3. I didn’t purchase the tires here( they are new Tesla Y tires) and within 10 mins they had checked the car and patched a screw they found. So thankful for their help and prompt response... did I mention they did this for free!!!? Thank you so much Les Schwab!

Helpful staff, even tho it was a Saturday, they wrre able to get our main office commercial account for fixing a flat tire. Very kind & helpful staff. But no coffee or popcorn at this time,,,,, darn Covid

My fav location. I live out in Troutdale but work in Tualatin, I have used several locations and end up at this one when I need help. I mostly just get my tires filled here but the staff here is usually pretty helpful and super nice. The guys who run in the back and the girls up front are all kind and not ever rude (unlike the very miserable older lady at the lake Oswego location shhhhh) I always end up getting help from Jordan and hes been great every time. I am sorry my cars always gross when i leave it with you all, I suck at maintaining my life lol. looking through the one star reviews, I feel like those ppl have unrealistic expectations/arent considerate ppl. When you are given an eta here just add an hour on and you will be good, the guys cannot help it if there is an unforeseen issue with someones car. Yes this place is expensive but it is worth it. :)

Ive been coming to Sherwood Schwab for roughly 14 years because the service is AWESOME. Today was no exception, I was back on the road in 35 minutes with new tires and wipers. You guys are the best!!

So good. I always expect shinnangans at any car repair place. I went here knowing the approximate condition of my tires and brakes. They checked, rotated, etc. AND told me about what I knew to be true! Quite pleased with their honesty! In addition- I had an appointment and was in and out in 1 hour. Thanks Les Schwab!

Absolute best service I have ever received. I walked in at 2:45 with a nail in my tire and was told it was going to be an hour to an hour and a half. I told them I would have to come back because I had 5 kids with me. Those guys hustled and made it happen so I didn’t have to come back. It was 3:05pm when I pulled out of the parking lot. My mind is blown. I am so incredibly thankful!

They came out and jumped me, free of charge, and then helped me track down the right Les Schwab with my battery in stock so I didnt have to hunt it down myself. Super helpful even though their store didnt get any money from me. Les Schwab is the best!

Good worker through no charge for minor fix

So Happier with Schwab than some other place. They closed at 2pm Xmas Eve. I called at 1:38pm and just happened to be 5 mins away. They got two tires on my trailer by 1:56pm and I was out the door. Made the job I was going to possible with new tires than the bald tires I thought maybe wouldnt carry the 4800+lbs I loaded up that day. I really disappointed about this store I have a tow company for years I been doing business with lesschwab in sherwood OR I call Cam the manager saying for out service for one of my trucks the was in the mechanic shop next thing I know willsonville store send somebody and replace the tire with out my authorization or advice I realized until next week wen I got my statement very frustrated I think is time to looking for other tire provider

Always a great experience at Schwabs. Went in for new tires and an alignment after a but of ditch driving. Cam was able to get me new tires by the end of the day. Its the only place my vehicles go for tires!

I showed up at noon with a low tire pressure warning. Told the girl that works the front counter to take all the tires off and check them. Instead they made me wait 2 hours and then tell me there is no leaks in my tire. I start to drive home and have to stop off at the west lin location cause my tire was already flat by then. They pulled it off and my tire was on the verge of blowing. The only way to actually get anything done at this store is to talk to Chris or go somewhere else. The lady at the front counter isn’t very much help at all beside providing an attitude to give you complementary.

Got an alert that my tire pressure was low in less than 10 min I checked in at desk i was told to drive up to a bay and someone would help me. They checked all 4 tires and I was good to go

I recently had my brakes and rotors changed here. I am really disappointed with this particular location. I have been to a few other Les Schwab locations and this one by far has the worse customer service to offer.When I got there at 9am every person I talked to just seemed annoyed that I was there. Not the first time I’ve experienced this type of attitude at this location.Now $513 and nearly 5 hours later my front wheels (where the work was done) are absolutely filthy. My rims are caked in brake dust and grease.I knew I should’ve just done the work myself but I was under a time constraint and needed the work done that day.Could’ve saved myself $200-$300 and have a clean car if I had done it myself.Never returning to this location.

Les Scwab is the only place i take my vehicles for tires, wheels, brakes, batteries and shocks. I frequent the Sherwood location and Cam has always provided me outstanding customer service.

Wait for installation of 2 tires was absolutely uncalled for. I was told to come in at 9AM which I did arrive at 9 am they finished the installation at 11:20 am. Very disappointing

Thank you so much Chris and Bill. I was having issues with my motorcycle and I wheeled it over to your establishment. I didnt realize that you guys had just closed. One of the back Bays was still open and I asked for some help. You guys were kind enough to test my battery and lend a helping hand. I was able to get the motorcycle started and get safely on my way for a long ride back to Beaverton. It is comforting to know that there are still local businesses with compassion integrity and kindness to give support when needed. It is pretty safe to say that these values would translate into a positive experience for any customer.

When you make a 4:30 appointment you expect to be in at a reasonable time. It took over 30min to get me truck in. This is ridiculous. Why even make a appointment. Isnt that the reason you make an appointment to get in at a reasonable time.

I show up to have a tire air pressure sensor replaced at 3pm. The incompetent girl at the front counter said 45 minutes to a hour for completion.....ok I wait and come back at 4pm. They still havent started on it and she said she told me 1 hour to get it in the door. Wrong! I wouldnt have waited. Its 4 26 and Im still waiting for them to even start. Never use Sherwood Schwab!

Have been going here since putting new tires on my Van ~2 years ago. People are friendly, prices are good, and they get me in and out for tire rotations fairly quickly (its not an Express service, so it depends on how many people are there before you).Nice that they do a brake check during each rotation. Yes, its a sales ploy, but good to know they take a look, regardless!

Got a leak in my tire fixed (there was a nail in it) for free. We buy all our tires from Les Schwab but the tires on my current vehicle came with the purchase of the car and werent bought from Les Schwab. Due to our loyalty and history with them they still fixed my tire for free! It was quick and stress-free; right in the middle of snow tire season. Im grateful for their service!

An employee there that goes by the name of Billy sold me an auto part online. He sent me an empty box and refused to give me a refund. He scammed me and used his work address to do business. I have a police report # and also a mail fraud complaint # for proof. I wouldn’t recommend using him at the shop.

I went in today just wanting to get my tire pressure fixed in one tire and the technician said typically when one tire is affected that there is most likely a problem. So, without an appointment, I went inside and they did a detailed inspection on my tires. Found out there was a nail in the sidewall that could not be repaired and that unfortunately I would need a new tire. (I was getting close to needing all four replaced anyway.) The staff presented plenty of options and were not pushy on trying to upsell items to me. I decided to get my tires replaced at this time and was in and out of there in under 2 hours! I appreciated the staffs kindness and willingness to help me as fast as possible even though I came in without an appointment. I will most definitely continue doing business here.

Came in to have 4 new tires and alignment on my Chevy Astro van. I called a few days prior and spoke with a gentleman named Adam. He made things extremely easy, carefully explaining all details, and providing me with great pricing including multiple options.I showed up to my appointment a little late due to traffic, and apologized to Adam. He met me with a smile, and said no problem! Adam and his crew knocked the van quick! I also noted him double checking everything prior to me leaving! I extremely appreciated him going over all warranty information, and explaining maintenance and care.Ive been to TONS of tire places, from Iowa - California. Les Schwab, Firestone, Big-O-Tires, Discount Tires, etc.. THIS is the type of exceptional service that should be provided! Adam and his crew went above and beyond. Not sure if anyone reads these reviews.. but there is no doubt in my mind that Ill be bringing my truck, and wifes CR-V here when the time is needed.Thanks Les Schwab!

$70 to mount tires on two wheels I brought in. First time in, will never be back, I own several older cars and I am a mechanic so I did a test run to see if Les might be a good local shop. Nope.

If I could give 6 stars I would. In short, I had a dead truck on my driveway when I woke up. Could be the battery, could be the starter or alternator. Either way, Im screwed. Now, Im depressed. Called the Sherwood Les Schwab. They told me they could have a guy to my door in one hour. Ill believe it when I see it. A little over an hour later, Nick arrives. Well-mannered, uniform worn right. He got me started, and followed me to Les Schwabs for service. Jordan, good guy, clean cut (unlike me) takes my info and tests for everything. In the end, it was all about a battery. They didnt even charge me for the drive to my door that got me started. Thats why I keep coming to this branch for tires, etc. Guys, thanks for old-time service. Tony, Sherwood, 56 yrs old (5/24/17)

Amazing customer service all the staff are very knowledgeable and they are very diligent in their work. Whether its a commercial rig or my personal they always get me back on the road with confidence in a very timely manner. And typically theyre even diligent about keeping their popcorn fresh.

My family has always had great service above and beyond expectations. We have always been loyal customers of Les Schwab because of this. Were willing to spend higher prices on chains, tires, and wheels because the service, peace of mind, and local people that work here. Unfortunately, Saturday we came in to replace 8 tires (on two cars) and it seems as if our business was no longer a high priority to the staff. Was told the wait would be 1 1/2 so went for a walk with my son. I came back and notice nether car had moved but the cars parked next to ours (that came in after ours) had already been serviced. After waiting an additional hour in the lounge we had an appointment to catch so we had to leave without tires (and service). This was the first time this had ever happened with Les Schwab, especially at the Sherwood location. I always believe in second chances so well try again today and see if its just changing of the guard (employees) or if this was simply an anomaly. Weve been loyal customers for the past 20 years and hope were taken care of better today.

Les Schwab continuously exceeds expectations and their services always comes with a smile. Even when they are slammed, their employees engage well with the customer and are appreciative that you come in for business. I feel that overall Les Schwab is a real trustworthy in the products and services they sell. I continue to come back because all the employees bust their butt even when its 100 degrees outside. Got my wheels and tires for my F150 there and have never been happier. Continue to get shocks, leveling, wheel and brake services for my other cars as I know it will get done right. Jessica and Cam at the Sherwood location are great.

This time I have to give Les Schwab a great review. They were able to put on a tire that I brought in. Had a blow and bought a used one. It was quite and only cost $22 dollars.

Notice they dont run out to your car anymore... Hell, youre lucky if they even come out to your car these days. They used to be known for the best customer service anywhere and because of that, i was willing to pay more than just about anywhere else, but not anymore.

I am not kidding, this dome of the doogie has a reclining toilet seat ready seat any bad boy the full enchilada. Been a customer at Sherwood location for several years, and really like their services. From new tires, wiper blades, alignments, etc., they try and get you in and out fast. They even gave me a $100 trade-in on my half used tires.

The CV joint boot on our Subaru ($20 part at NAPA) developed a crack, but the joint itself and axle are OK. I asked Les Schwab if they would replace it. They said no, they would have to replace the entire axle for $179, couldnt warranty it otherwise. To me, this is ridiculous but in this lawsuit-happy age I guess they need to cover themselves. Well, I did it myself in less than an hour; Les could have done in in under 1/2 hour. It sure would be great if a car care service could help you with your need without having to sell you what you dont need.

Hands down the absolute best in the industry. Why go anywhere else. Employee Cam is great to work with.

Cam and his team are fantastic. I recently brought my vehicle in for a knocking sound and they fixed it for only $6. Very honest and a great value. I have purchased many sets of tires from Cam and I will purchase many more from him in the future.

I have called and setup an appointment to change the rear breaks on a 2009 Scion xB for 2:00pm and when I got here they told me it will be handled toward the end of the day 5:00pm. After waiting for three hours past my original appointment time (2pm) they came back to me with the highest price quote I’ve ever received $343.00 which was not including changing the rotors. What a waste of my time. I would’ve appreciate it if someone was telling me they were going to charge me that much before I waited a whole three hours. I don’t recommend them to anyone even though I’ve been their loyal customer for over 10 years. Don’t use their services.

Typical good Les Schwab service. We pulled in to get our tire pressure checked because our instrument panel was saying they were low. They came immediately out, two of the service technicians, and cheerfully checked and filled up our tires.

I hate to rate these guys this low, but I have to. The manager on duty there Chris, is NOT nice! I have unfortunately had issues bringing my rig in there in the past. They made a mistake on fixing what wasn’t broke and not what was in the past and ever since I’ve been in there since Chris has been rude to me because I value my money. And VERY unhelpful. To top it off I went in there and explained to them that since I had my rig in there to get fixed it’s said my PSI was off and has been flashing lights and prompting me every time I drive (which is super annoying). I went in there and the first guy told me “who put so much air in your tires that’s way to much” to which I replied “you guys did” and then after leaving and it still not being fixed I went in there today and Chris was SO rude and short with me. Pretty much said “sorry we made it so that but we can’t fix it now” my husband and I have been taking our rigs there for YEARS and after today I can promise I won’t be back to the Sherwood one because of Chris. He is very rude, and unprofessional!

BEWARE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!I brought in my vehicle because I had a broken piece of someones snow chains stuck in my tire, and hoped they could remove it and plug the hole. They informed me that it was too close to the sidewall to plug it (makes sense). They then told me that they would not replace the 1 tire but would have to replace all 4 tires, quoting me at $1200. I declined and asked that they return my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle the spare tire was missing, only the wheel was there (which looks ridiculous on my vehicle). I asked them to mount the old tire back onto my wheel so I could be on my way, but they said they would not because they could be held liable. I understood their concern and asked for the tire anyway, I would mount it myself later. They said no.Essentially I went to this Les Schwab with the hope of spending $16 to have a tire plugged and instead they robbed me of my tire and quoted me $1200 to replace all 4. I will never visit this Les Schwab again.

Theyre always the best here. No waiting took care of me quickly & were able to diagnose by vehicles trouble, no charge. This is why weve been customers for years. Everyone is friendly even when theyre busy. A+ all the way. Thank you!

Good service, thorough and excellent at being informative.... Minus one star due to being more worried about minor rules vs. Customers needs (they refused replacing one damaged tire on a full time AWD vehicle. They would only replace all four. Ridiculous!)

I called Monday morning and was able to get an appointment on Tuesday morning for both alignment and changing my 4 tires (for my 2005 Toyota Corolla). I talked to a girl on the phone who made sure the right tires would be available and reserved for me. We dropped off our car at 8 am and it was ready to go at 9.40 am when we came back. The prices were fair (319 for all tires, everything included) and they waved the $75 charged for the alignment because it was off but not by much. They fixed it anyways and waved the fee which was super nice!! Plus the mechanic took the time to show my what was done and let me know what else he had checked and that my breaks were in great condition! Didnt try to pointlessly upsell me or overcharge me like a lot of those places do in my experience. So I was very happy!!

Ever since Les Schwab died. The service and quality of the product went down hill. I no longer go here. Better products at other places...
