I scheduled for a pick up and this company was very professional. I love the way that they were on time got me to my location on time. I loved the fact that I was getting in a clean taxi. Very friendly people I enjoyed my ride to the airport nice and spacious ride. Will definitely be using this company again.

Called for a taxi to the grocery store and they said they are on the way but i was waiting for a hour and a half....then...finally got to the store called for a taxi back home. She told me she was on the way....45 mins went by....1hr 15mins...i called again but always got voicemail..this happened for like 30 mins til i got a answer just for the lady to tell me it will be a minute because they are doing shift change but she got me down for pick up. I said ok...Long story short my daughter and i were outside the grocery store with our groceries for 3.5 hours and still no taxi. Also after my last conversation with the taxi they turned the phone off or something because the voicemailbox and i got very close. HORRIBLE!!!!

I called to get a cab and she said its double because of the snow. Ok Im going 8 miles round trip.....she said the price is $150 because her driver is coming from little rock. Im like thats not my problem Im in Sherwood. His past fare has nothing to do with my fare. These people are price gouging if they charging double that means a 8 mile round trip is $75 in normal weather. These people need to be reported!

Worst service ever....Was told 30-40 minutes before taxi would arrive but my actual wait was 1 Hour and 15 Minutes.....then when we leave my pick up point driver tells me that added to the fare will be 15$ for Jacksonville pick up to Sherwood drop off.I WAS NOWHERE NEAR JACKSONVILLE, Jacksonville was opposite side of Sherwood from my pick up point. And she would not listen and insisted we were in Jacksonville.....when I booked the taxi I was told of a call out fee, this 15$ was in addition to that fee. 30$ to go 2 1/2 miles. And she wasnt going to go down the driveway for the drop off when we arrived.

Very Professional Clean Luxury Taxi company. Will get you where you need to go in a timely matter. Professional and Dependable drivers I loved my ride with this taxi company very friendly and a safe fill ride.

Very expensive taxi service they have a lot of charges such as a pickup charge and a charge if you have bags. I used another taxi service last time i travled and was nearly half the cost. Driver was polite but not very friendly.

Waited 30 minutes to get picked up so I call to cancel and the lady on the phone was the rudest person. Call any other place.

Driver charged me $75 for a 15 minute ride to the airport, had two small children in the front seat unbuckled, and reeked of pot. Oh, and she got lost in my neighborhood picking me up, and I got charged for it. Highway robbery.

Clean Nice Friendly taxi company. Will always use these guys!
