I typically only get pedicures here however I decided to get a dip powder manicure. This is my second time getting one. The dip powder doesn’t come with a “manicure,” which means they don’t clip your nails or do anything to your cuticles. They literally just start working on your nails, no matter how they look. When I got it last time it was $40 but this time it was $43. It would be nice if prices were consistent. Lastly, I told the lady my index finger nail was crooked. She replied no it’s not. She called a male nail tech over and he filed it a bit however it’s still crooked. This my last time going to this shop.

I went in to have them fix what another nail salon could not do. They did a wonderful job. They were so friendly and professional. I absolutely love that the guy who did my nails took the most care of my nails and gave me the coffin shape I asked for with even lengths and even structure. The blue sparkle nails is what I went in with. The light blue coffin shape is what I left with. Absolutely did wonderful and gave me what I asked for!

This is a very good nail salon. They are organized and very clean. I enjoy the pedicure I received. I especially liked the check in system. When you check in for your appointment you choose what service you will have done. There are no accents or language misunderstanding on what you want done. Prices are clearly marked. I definitely will come back.

I am highly disappointed in my services today. I was told when i made the appointment that you all can do rhinestones. When i made It here i was told y’all didn’t have time to do them. How can you not have time for something that was booked in advance? Then i was told that you will do them but the rhinestones will fal off and I’ll still be charged $10 per nail! I settled for something different and my nails were rushed and polish was all over the place. This is the second time I’ve came here that y’all did a rush job!! I will NEVER visit here again!! Not to mention these are supposed to be my wedding nails and now i have to pay someone else to fix the job that y’all so poorly did!! I’m disappointed because y’all rushed in order to get done by 7 to close on time. And then when i complained that my nails weren’t right the lady at the checkout looked at me crazy and said “insert your card here”! My nails are crooked and shaped differently! Supposed to be “square square” she chose to do her own thing in the beginning and did “square round” ! Y’all will never get my services again! I don’t care how late in the evening It is, if people are paying their hard earned money the job should ALWAYS be done professionally!

Oh wow! I have finally settled on a nail salon in my area of Sherwood! And Nick will be my go to for the future. I purchased the Luxury Pedicure and it was the best most relaxing one I have ever had. I did not have an appointment but the wait was less than 10 minutes. In the future I will call in advance bc the place was filling up by the time I was finished! The salon was so pristine and very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The front of business person was easy to talk to and also helpful. Nick, my manicurist, was attentive, terrific and also respectful of the fact that I wanted to relax and close my eyes and melt into one of the better massage chairs Ive sat in. All in all a grand experience! Highly recommend! ☆☆☆☆☆

Ive had plenty of pedicures at various locations, but this one was one of the best. I had Danny; he was amazing. He was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He also was very friendly. I am very happy with this visit. I will definitely come again. 😊

Every time I try calling to set up an appointment they say their busy and will call me back.Never get a call back, if I try to do a walk-in request they say I HAVE TO make an appointment first! It’s the same issue every time!They do good work but it’s really not worth all the attitude and hassle they give. When I finally am able to get my nails done the front desk girl acts like she’s bothered by customers presence.I’m extremely unsatisfied with their customer service, more specifically the front desk girl!

Recently moved to Arkansas, and this is the first place I tried. I made an appt for a fill-in and was serviced by Ken. I came in with a picture of what I wanted, and he made it happen! It only took about 45 min and was reasonably priced.

Its a very fancy nail salon! I suggest making a nail appt. I would return and recommend this nail salon to my high-end friends who dont mind paying for quality.

I tried making an appointment by phone and they requested me to send a photo of my nails and they’ll get back to me. When I did they never called me back to schedule a refill for my nails. They’re not as flexible as other businesses I went to so I definitely will take my business elsewhere.

Owners remodeled the building to become a spacious salon for nails, pedicures and waxing. Love the flooring and ample lighting! Very friendly staff. My pedicure was wonderful. Lasted around 45 mins. Seats for pedicure are very comfortable.

I am so happy I found a place I can go to get what I pay for. Ken is my go to for my nails; not only does he do a great job on my nails but its always a great conversation! Never a dull moment - never thought a nail appt could be entertaining, until Ken. And now Kenny will be my go to for my pedicures!

I would like to give Danny 5 stars. He was very gentle with my feet and they feel amazing. My toes are shaped and polished perfectly. Thanks Danny!

Each time I come here, they are very professional, clean and ALWAYS produce high quality work. I only know that it’s time for a fill by looking at my cuticle area. My nails NEVER get loose or pop off between visits.

I had a very bad experience with this Nail Salon today. I came in and showed a picture of the nail design I wanted and was told I can’t get it because they didn’t like the design and that they will do it their way. I spend over 150 on just getting my nails done, I really think I should be able to get what I want even if they personally don’t think the colors go together.

We went in for pedicures. Lady asked if we had an appointment. Didnt know we needed one. She wasnt overly friendly. Maybe just stressed. We didnt stay when we learned that a basic pedicure had gone up to $35. (We had pedicures there last year before they moved to their new location. The young man didnt know how to handle a callous on a toe. Disappointing.) Wont go back there.

He charge me 200 for me and my daughter nails and toes. He use gel on us without asking. But at the end of the day how can you charge us the same price when hers was different from mines. And . You told me mines was 35 on my nails than charge 50 how. . Than today is the second day of my toes and the shine is gone. My nail looks ugly. They not glue all together. Im calling the BBB on them for over charging me and my daughter. You have to watch people like this.

I finally found the perfect place! Hand downs. This place is new, so I decided to try it out. The inside is amazing! Super clean and cute! I wasn’t disappointed at all! My nail tech was super friendly and professional. She did my nails and toes just the way I like them and she took her time and made sure it’s exactly what I wanted! . I highly recommend this place.

I have received manicure,pedicure, eyelash extensions, eyebrows waxed there is nothing this place can’t do. Everybody who works does amazing work on anything you get done. I love the owners they both are amazing. My nail always last at least a month if not longer even without a fill in. This is by far the best nail place I have ever been to. That says a lot since I travel and have been to a bunch of nail shops. If you haven’t been here go set a appointment TRUST ME ITS WORTH IT.

I stopped by here on a whim...on a Saturday. I knew there was no way they could fit me in, but I wanted to see their services and prices and make a future appointment. To my surprise and delight, the lady at the front offered me a 6:00pm appointment. Ill take it!! Full disclosure: I am not a nail person. In fact, this was only my third time in a nail salon in the past 44 years. I played it safe with a dip manicure and the most devine pedicure I could have imagined! The salon is super clean, and everyone is so nice! Even though I was the last person left in the shop, I never felt rushed and my nails look fabulous! I am totally addicted, and I cant wait to go back!

My nails are very beautiful however when it came down to my pedicure there were people already getting their feet worked on. I feel like I was rushed the soak time was to 3 minutes. She finished my pedicure so fast, I was done before them. I think 15 minutes tops for my pedicure. They were over book and for that I felt that she rushed on my pedicure.

I was there for a Dip appointment. The nail Tech did a very good job. This location is beautiful, clean, bright, and efficient. They just need more nail colors. Lack of color keeps me visiting other salons.

I was checking out and the gentleman asked me if I had received shellac with my pedicure. Also, it was not written on my paper that I had received it. He wrote the charge on my bill himself because he ASSUMED I had. I told him I had not. He proceeded to ask my nail tech if I had received it. So basically, he felt I was not being honest. I’ve been to this shop 3-4 times, paid well, left great tips, loved the atmosphere and service. He did call and apologize; however his apology included justification, (trying to right his wrong) which to me is a “sorry, not sorry” apology. Unfortunately, after this encounter I will not return. I am a very honest person & to have my integrity, and dignity questioned, at the front counter in front of other customers was pretty humiliating and frustrating.

I’ve been going to luxury nails for years and will continue to do so. The quality is beyond measure and the staff is always friendly ready to help in any way.

Went up here for the first time because of all the great reviews I’ve read but my experience wasn’t that good. I got dip nails with tip and it was $40 which to me the service wasn’t worth that much since I’ve gotten better done for cheaper at other places. My nails were done thinner than how they’re usually done and I could still see part of the tip through the actual color. The lady who did them was nice and is knowledgeable about her job but I don’t think she does so good on dipping.

Love the gold ombré I got from Quinn. I also got a $30 pedicure and it was well worth it. Shop was busy but they have enough staff that you don’t have to wait too long. Everything seemed cleaned and well organized. I will be back

Its ALWAYS WONDERFUL

They do great work, but for the last three times I have shown up during their stated work hours, they have either been closed or told me they were closing early. I started going back to my old nail tech due to such inconveniences. Just make sure to have a back up plan when going to them in case they close early for no reason.

They do great nails although i think they are a bit over priced. They also seem to charge for every little thing. Ive never been to a nail salon that charges you to shorten the nails when you go in for a fill.

Ive been twice for pedicures and was very happy both times. The staff is nice and their work is excellent. They offer complimentary water or soda and free WiFi. They take walk-ins or reservations. Definitely recommend!

Went in an hour before they closed and they turned me away at the door. Their excuse was they were booked for the day and they will be closing soon. But they were able to get two other ladies that walked in before me to get in for service. Very disappointed especially since I’ve been coming to them for about a year along with the fact I drove all the way from Little Rock for service to not receive any. Will not be returning

Told them what I wanted ....nails didnt even last two weeks for us to get a fill. I do nails and watch him when he did mine tried to tell him that he needed to prime them better and he couldnt understand nothing I was talking about...they started lifting one day and it was over with all my nails came off...wasted 80$ still gotta go get a full set this weekend......ok...so I go up there after reading Luxury Nails response to my review and his response was I should have came back soon as I lost a nail he was being very argumentative and he told me I DONT KNOW WHEN YOU CAME BUT WHEN YOU GET IN THEY MAKE YOU FILL OUT PAPER WORK BEFORE SERVICES. And I paid for two sets of nails Shalic polish and cuticles cut totalling 80$ .....he wasnt trying to give me nothing I mean nothing at All he just lied to make it look like he tried to fix the problem dont do it go somewhere else 45$ is to much and I guarantee there not going to last two weeks.. Do your research if the nail beds are not prime rite the nails will start to lift around the cuticles cause mold and your nails will start to break from back to front SAVE YOUR MONEY!
