With my Wellness Pass through Massage Advantage, I am able to get my massages for $39.99 each. I love my Wellness Pass because I travel a lot. When I am traveling I am able to use my Wellness Pass at any Massage Advantage location. I have also started receiving cash back in my Massage Advantage Wallet each time I make a purchase. I will never use any other company for my massages again. All the therapist are very professional and kind. Thank you Massage Advantage for being the greatest massage business in town :)

The prices Massage Advantage offers are a steal!I was looking through some reviews before I posted mine and I noticed some people had issues with their membership being canceled? There was a point I had to cancel my membership (financial and life situation) and I just emailed in and they helped me close it out right away. And it was easy to have turned back on once I could afford it again!P.S. to anyone wondering why they’re being charged after entering their card information, if you aren’t wanting to be charged for something then don’t put your card information in a website. Seriously, what do you think is happening when you enter your card information? Your buying something. This sounds more like a problem with people not paying attention to what they’re doing with their money than it is a problem with the company.Love this company and will continue using them!

I was looking for an affordable massage and came across Massage Advantage. At first I was a little concerned about seeing a male therapist, but had read online about Massage Advantage doing a background check on all their therapist, so I went ahead and scheduled. This was the best massage of my life. The therapist assessed my condition, make recommendations and provided the perfect massage. I immediately become one of their members so I could get a great deal on my future services. I was tired of going from therapist to therapist having to fill out new paperwork, and not getting the service I felt I needed. Now I have a massage home and very happy with results.

I have been calling Massage Advantage for at least a month or more to try and schedule an appointment as well ask about charges on my credit card. I am very disappointed that I have not been able to speak with anyone. I am going to report Massage Advantage to the BBB and file a formal complaint with 7 on Your Side as well & with the court system.

Massage Advantage is my favorite place to go for Massage. Booking appointments is super easy with their mobile app, and so convenient with the online scheduling system. Their membership program is the most affordable membership I’ve ever seen, and at $39.99 per massage, I’m able to afford at least one massage per month even on a tight budget. Thank you for treating me like a friend and not just a random customer.

I originally was introduced to Massage Advantage by my husband. We now share a Couples Membership which is WAY less expensive than the franchise we used to belong. Lucky for us we have three business locations, and one mobile provider in our city to choose. While I prefer Randy as my go-to therapist, my husband is fine with any of the therapist around town. When life gets too busy, we use the at home mobile massage option. LOVE IT!

All fine and good until you try to cancel. What a joke. They sent me a link to cancel through and it made me agree to a 60 day free trial (where I would again be charged at the end of it). Essentially, a never ending loop. I had to repeatedly ask to cancel and they kept sending me the same link. I kept explaining I wanted to cancel with no strings attached. THEY KEPT SENDING ME THE SAME CANCELLATION LINK. Finally, I threatened to turn them over to the Better Business Bureau and the Arkansas Attorney Generals Office and they sent me confirmation of cancellation.

Wasnt crazy about this whole massage thing at first. My wife said Go you cranky ole B@$t@rd it will help you feel better. I guess she was right again, 55 years of riding horses, with five years in the stall with a mad bull (not my wife) but the 800 lbs critter on the hoof and I was hurtin. Really thankful for that gal who works me over once a month from Massage Advantage. She might be 48 but she massage this 300 Big Boy like shes trying to break me! Ive not felt this good in God knows when, and I happy to help Ms. Kate get some more customers. Great folks over there at Massage Advantage they treated ole TD like family.

Be careful I purchased a message on groupon and now they are charging me $9.99 a month and almost impossible to figure out how to stop them from charging more. Buyer beware of giving them your credit card. Not good

Due to a chronic medical issue, my chiropractor suggested massage as a supplement to my existing holistic health regiment. I had been using Groupon as a lead source to different massage therapist throughout my city, with one such purchase taking me to a local Massage Advantage provider. After my purchase I was offered the free trial membership which I accepted. I’m now a monthly subscriber, no longer must jump from therapist to therapist to find a great deal. My membership allows my far more benefits than any previous offered by a franchise, and my massages are with the same therapist that I love! I’ve found Massage Advantage’s prices to be extremely fair, and although I’m paying about the same as Groupon, my therapist earns 100% of what I pay, and I can go to her as often as I want for the same discounted rate. Love My Membership!

Bought the Family Membership from Massage Advantage for my wife, sister, and brother-in-law. All four of us have used the membership at least six times this year. No issues! Staff is wonderful in Shoreview MN and at our winter home in Ft Lauderdale FL.

Does not even deserve one star. Terrible customer service, terrible manners, and they absolutely treated me like trash. Ended up getting a full refund from Group on because i refused to give massage advantage my money.

The absolute best value in the Massage Industry. With hundreds of locations nationwide, Massage Advantage is my #1 go to massage provider no matter where I travel.

Beware this is a rip off company. Once they get your credit card info they will keep billing you every month and impossible to get them to stop. This is a rip off beware
