DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They gladly took my money on 9/3/2020 but have yet to provide any service. My phone calls and emails go unanswered. My scheduled appointments that they have made have all been canceled. I was told that they had my policy and procedures manual and would email that to me. That was 3 months ago. I was told i January that there was an issue with the GA website that I needed to be registered on for fingerprints. WRONG! Just another lie. Please dont give this company your hard earned money unless you just want to throw it away.

Do not use this company I paid them at the end of January they told me that all of my stuff will be done by the end of February we are now in the middle of March nothing is done not even my LLC DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY this is fraud and I’m giving you a fair warning most of my appointments got rescheduled the ones that didn’t get rescheduled they were pretty much telling me the same stuff that they told me in the previous conversations the people seemed so nice But that’s their way of keeping you not worrying do not use them They were supposed to send me papers to my house in January I never received the papers

Most appointments get cancelled or rescheduled. I’m starting to think they don’t even have my policy and procedures done. They said they were done and would go over them today ( Sunday ) they ghosted and never showed to the meeting we had. I’m 21 years old and have saved up money to start my dream care agency, and I feel it being flushed down the drain right now.

We took the virtual home Care training for Texas. The class is so worth it. If you can choose your trainer; choose DJay he is awesome!!!

Dont give these people your money. They will galdly take it and never call you back or respond to any of your messages. They will schedule and appointment with you and wont call. They wont do any paperwork.
