Terrible. My brothers clothes were stuck in the machine for hours. No one wanted to answer the phone numbers that they provided and when calling the number off Google they said it’s the wrong laundry mat. He had to wait until closing for someone to come in and help him. Apparently he isn’t the first that had happened to. When you run a business answer the phones for incidents like this!! How unprofessional

We got laundry clean and dry..Air conditioning was not enough. Could hardly notice it. TV was not on.

I go here to do my laundry after work even though I live in another area I highly recommend this laundrymat the machines are always available theres always change in the machines very nice seating and if you dont want to wait inside theres nice benches outside laundry carts are always available theres a nice little TV just in case you are not in your phone and theres a few nice places to eat nearby just in case you are hungry such as the plaza and DJs Pizza in dunkin donuts you will get your laundry clean and dried within a good amount of time here so I highly recommend coming to lunchtime laundry just be aware they close by 10:00 so you have to do your laundry in a good amount of time. 💭😍😃😇🤔🧦🎽🧦🎽🧦😃⏲️😋😋

His employee on Saturday June 5 at -12.00pm came to me and told me that I could not use several washing machines because more people were coming. it is a lack of respect on the part of the employee because I am paying for a service. A bit pricy but if your staying at a near by hotel this place is better and more efficient than using the hotel laundry room plus it has free wifi

Quick clean And efficient

I went to Wash Time to clean a couple of items that couldnt be done at home because of their size. I put in the amount of quarters the machine called for $4.75. The washer wouldnt turn on so I added a couple of more quarters, still nothing. I went to another machine. I called the number written on the bulletin board to report my lost money. I got an answering machine and I left my contact info. The next day I received a call back and was told they would send me the money. A couple of days later I received a check in the mail. Thank you Deborah for your wonderful customer service! :)

I tried to wash some blankets that were too big for my washer at home. This lady got in my business telling me I had to use the gigantic expensive washer. Then when I tried to put my things in she got all judgey and mean cuz there was some cat hair on my blanket. It’s not a pet bed but the cat lays on it some. She wouldn’t let me do my wash so I left. I’m furious. If your massive industrial washer can’t handle a little cat fur you can shove it where the sun don’t shine.

Prices are good and its very clean. Perry is great at keeping things running smoothly. Can get very busy as the day goes on.

Several times put $4.75 in machines and after putting in detergent and locking door to learn machine is out of order.. call the management company several times (phone number thats listed inside due to a robbery.. now I know why lol) and never received a call back.. learned my lesson. Will not go back!
