Completely unreliable, I loose connectivity almost daily with this service!

I called into their Shelton, WA office on 01/27/20 to request internet service installation. Ryan with customer service was the one who assisted me at the time. He was very friendly and professional at the same time. He thoroughly explained the process and answered any question that I had.3 days after signing up, Chris with installation came out to our property on time as promised even though it was pouring rain. Chris was also very friendly and professional. He made suggestions on where it would be best to run the line and where to hang our wireless router. He even took off his shoes at the front door before walking around inside our house.Prior to this, I had contacted a different company located in Tacoma for their service. Unfortunately for them, they missed out on having me as a customer because of all the excuses they kept giving me on why it kept taking so long to have the installation done. Luckily, my neighbor referred us to iFiber because they have had great customer service as well. Chris was also the one who did the installation for my neighbor.So far the internet connection runs great and is super fast. I was very pleased with the services that were provided to me by Chris and Ryan. I highly recommend iFiber if you are within their zone of service. Keep up the good work fellas!!!
