My husband broke his hearing aid, went in and was given a new one. I need my hearing aid turned up - no problem. I can drop in anytime without an appointment. The doctor and staff are friendly and comfortable to interact with. I recommend them.

My annual hearing test was a result of being notified by Hearing Life which is appreciated. The test was conducted in a relaxing manner and office staff were friendly and professional.

My mother has had hearing loss for many years, and has been reluctant to consider hearing aids. Greg was customer service exemplified in the way he gently and cheerfully tested my mom’s hearing and fitted her with hearing aids. Her hearing is 180° better than it was before. Greg Russell did a great job with my hearing test.I had an appointment with Greg Russell on July 1st. I have been dealing with bad motion sickness/vertigo for a few months. I needed a hearing test before I could get an appointment with a specialist. Greg made an appointment with him for a hearing test on very short notice. I was having dizziness issues and he did hearing test very quickly. Greg was also very nice and helpful.I would recommend Greg Russell to anyone that has hearing issues. Not really sure what the audiologist and his new young assistant were doing in the back room when we got there, but he was partially leaning over with his zipper open when he came out and she came out shortly afterward giggling. Overall, he did my test in a professional manner, but both my husband and I wondered....

Hearing life with Greg Russell has very been very accommodating and easy to work with

Very professiomal hearing test that was administered. One of my hearing aids was identified as defective and sent in for repairs. I am anxiously waiting for its return as It will help me during extended hunting season. It might not help with the harvest but it might help from being harvested!
