Awesome FedEx! Really well organized and clean! Super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was so happy! It was wonderful. Shipping my package was an incredibly delightful experience where me and the person helping me ship chatted and she helped me with the process. I will definitely come here again! :)

Placed an order online. Was informed on pick up that it was not ready and wouldn’t be until days later. I worked with Vinny and he went out of his way to fix it and get me what I needed for my sons Graduation. He basically recreated the entire graphic and stayed 15 minutes past closing time to help. I hope companies like FedEx recognize when employees go out of their way to keep customers happy. It seems so rare these days. Thank you so much for your time and help Vinny.

I seriously cannot believe how friendly and helpful the staff is here. I just left the building and I am parked outside because I needed to write a review. This was the best customer service I have experienced that I can remember. (I will admit I am a terrible customer who is rarely satisfied)

Went to return and ship a bathing suit on Saturday 5/9 - they offered two options: $15.00 for 6 day delivery or $70.00 for 4 day delivery. Seriously? I’m going to the post office, which shipped my last bathing suit for $5.00 and it only takes 2 days!!! Not a successful visit

Horrible EXPERIENCE, Gail is a disaster. The staff is very unknowledable and unprofessional. I called and asked prior to doing something if it was possible and Gail said it was. She said she would contact me when my print was ready but she never did. I went to the store in person to pick it up and then had to pay 6$ to fax it since she told me over the phone that they would email it for me. Once I got there another associate told me that I could not email it but that they could put it on an external hard rive for me. I had to go back home and back to the store the next day and then when I got home the document was still not on my hard drive.

They are very fast and accurate in customer service... Visited only once, had a great experience...
