My car died on 41A between Shelbyville and Tullahoma. RUSSELL, driving the Prosser Towing truck, came up behind me, saw I was in distress, and pulled in front and started loading my car on his truck. But before he finished he was walking me to the safety of his truck. A couple of TDOT workers appeared and managed the traffic. My friend came along and Russell walked me to the side of the road and helped me into my friends truck. He then, very quickly, got my car secured onto the tow truck and he brought the car to my home. What a Godsend! He came at exactly the right time and was so concerned with my safety, and then my car. I am so very grateful for him!

I have so much immense gratitude for the way that Russell and Garcia took care of me in a situation of dire need. I was stuck on 1-24 in a very unsafe situation, and after hitching a ride to the nearest WalMart, Russell went out of his way to pick me up from the WalMart and drive me back to my car, get my car towed to the tire center, and even went above and beyond to make sure I was home safely after the fact. He was a calming presence and really made me feel safe and cared for in a stressful moment. Thanks for everything, Russell and Prosser Towing!

Great service, friendly and professional. I ended up with a flat tire about an hour from home. It was getting dark and a storm was coming through. Prosser towing was called by my road side assistance company and within 3 minutes they called directly to confirm my location. Within 20 minutes he was there, was polite and quick and changed my tire in the pouring rain, never complaining for a minute. I’m thankful for such kind service!

Had to have my car towed because of the radiator, I was also towing a 7x14 trailer. I needed the trailer dropped at my house and the car dropped at the repair shop. Garcia took car of me 100% very friendly. I would recommend their service, and if I needed a tow I would use their service again.

Horrible service!! Was reffered to them by road side America, all I needed was a tire change because it was flat. He somehow managed to mess up my front fender and I then couldnt open my driver side door and when I noticed it and asked how it happened he turned to leave and all he said was if thats all have a good night then took off!! I wouldnt use their service again if it was my last option nor would I recommend them to anyone!!
