Good luck getting hold of anyone there by phone. I have been calling my case worker for 2 weeks and have been leaving messages. She will not call me back for anything and my case will be closed in 4 days if I cant get a hold of her. This is absolutely ridiculous. Incompetent people. If you arent going to do your job then, dont work there.

If you go inside they are helpful but getting through by calling is very hard

Ill call my case worker and she never calls me back its been a month since iv called an no reply. So I go up to office give them all new info an thaley take my stuff away but send mail to the wrong address saying I havent been complying. I need a new case worker

Better staff then most dhs offices

People who work there are friendly and courteous. The fact you dont really get help does not apply to the place or individuals working there.
