This company is a joke. Mike, the owner will not return phone calls and does not show up when he says he will, his word means nothing. I originally decided to use The Pool Store to build my pool because they were local and seemed nice enough. BIG MISTAKE! My friend was also going to have The Pool Store build a pool for him however after my experience he changed his mind. Mike told him that he would give him his $5,000 deposit back but then later told him that he had spent the money and did not have it. He kept making excuses as to why he did not have the money. No wonder they have so many lawsuits against him. He owes everyone in this town money. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. I dont know how these guys stay in business. I wont ever let them step on my property again.

Was closed and opened to help us. Fast friendly and best prices in town. Wont try selling you something you dont need like others. Will return for my pool needs and advice.

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF OUR LIFE! Tried to give local company work and they threw it back in our face. Installation was poor ~ never met promised timeline, had to redo some of the concrete, tank started leaking short time after installation which Mike has repeatedly said he ordered replacement (that is when he answers your call). Now our liner is completely wrinkled up and shoking no return call again. I will let everyone I know how terrible this complany is. Would not recommend to my enemies ~ he is a piece of work!
