Went in last week contemplating a title loan... talked to Kiara who was very nice, professional, and made the process easy, understanding, but also personal.Due to family issues I needed money fast, and she did what she could. She was also very patient and understanding when I said I needed to take time to think about it, and she never pushed me to take it. She also explained the payment schedule very well as well as other options I can do in case I need to.Will always recommend them, more certainly her, as she doesn’t just look at you as a payment or sale, she’s very compassionate and I wish more people were like her.

Yes they did me wrongI called and told the lady inThat I was coming and they still puty check through...And she works in Shelbyville TN.She works with Keith and its not his fault its hers for not doing her job....When I tell to her she should have put that in that she talked to me..I do chemo and I couldnt make it on that Friday....That wrong that youll didnt even gitme a chance and I been with youll for yrs...😠😠😠😠

On line service is terrible. An associate told me it would take 7 to 10 Business days to clear my account. I did the chat with the online service and was told 5 Business days also told the same with the store. My loan information still hasnt updated with the online service and this has been the 6th day. Never had this problem with The brick and mortar store the peoplethere are wonderful. Its cleared on my end the 1st day. Not happy at all.
