They came to my house and told me they would come up with a plan and present me with a quote. That was 2 weeks ago and I never heard back from them. They told me it would be a couple days. Interesting it took an inquiry on their website and three phone calls to get them to come out the 1st time and then I have yet to hear back from them 2 weeks later. Must be comfortable with the clients they have and not worried about new customers.
