Over half the machines dont work or say out of order. Staff is disgustingly rude and aggressive towards customers and have absolutely no communication skills. The place is constantly dirty .and refuse to refund you back your cash if you want to go elsewhere.

Almost all dryers and washers are broke. Have been for weeks now. 2 weeks ago didnt have change in machines. Last week dryer burnt clothes ruining my womans favorite outfit. Now there are signs up for not responsible for anything. If I could give zero stars I would. No attendant was on duty, I accidentally spilled bleach and had no way of cleaning it up as there was no bathroom to use nor sink to rinse in. A fellow using the machine could not get his clothes out as the machine locked and refused to open when the cycle was through. I tried to call bit it just rang without answer. I needed water to clean up a mess and again no sink nor bathroom and the vending machine was out of water, so I was left with a mess. This place is terrible, please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Broken machines, both coin machines broken. ITS A COIN RUN LAUNDRY! And the “management” can’t be bothered to get change for their customers. Poorly run need a new manager and or business model. Use the one across town behind Hardee’s!

I was shocked when I called this place to see if they were open for the tanning beds and a woman answered the phone saying she was working on the God damn machines.She must have thought she knew who was on the other end of the phone.Very unprofessional and rude and why even have tanning beds when nobody can be there to let you use them.

I like it there dont have to spend all day going laundry but I did give 4 Star rating because there can clean them more last time I was the washers cup hold where you put your washer stuff at was packed with washing powder

I very rarely use a public laundry mat, especially during after hours, so I had no idea what to expect. Surprisingly, the facility was clean, the machines reasonably priced, and open 24 hours. I might add they were the ONLY one open in the 4 county area. Ample parking, easily found, and routinely patrolled by local police.

Worst laundromat experience ever! Do not go here. Owner is extremely rude. Asked if I was washing horse blankets to which I replied no they are horse pads. She said that was fine but then when I loaded the first machine it kept malfunctioning so owner came to help and immediately became angry that I was washing horse pads and stated that no horse laundry is permitted and I wouldnt be able to wash the rest of my items. I reminded her that I had told her I was washing horse pads and she said I thought you said cat laundry???? Huh??? At that point I asked her to refund the money for the wash that hadnt started yet (machine was malfunctioning and I had only been able to put in $3) and I would just leave. She said no, took my coins and kept putting them in the machine until it started. So now Im stuck here for 30 minutes for 1 load of laundry that I dont even know how much I ended up paying for...and cant even wash the rest of my items. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Seriously, do not use this place !!!

Used a big washer. I realized that the machine kept taking my money. $5.00 too much. I told Robert Tingle and wrote management note to balance money and to refund my money. She told me that they do not refund. They also know when dryers are not heating and do not put out of order on dryer so customers continue to put money in dryers that don’t work. Not a good business to do business with. They are more interested in money than services

I came here because the website said it takes credit cards..wrong! Coins only. Half the machines not working, and some of them smelled bad. Lost quarters in one machine, but no one working there to help me. A man needed to use the bathroom and he opened a door. The alarm went off for nearly 15 mins. Police showed up about 20 mins after the incident and knew which door was opened. He told me that particular door doesnt lock properly and it happens frequently. Fix the door or leave unlocked! BTW..No bathroom. all front loading machines and open 24 hrs is a plus. Plenty of dryers

The laundry itself is very clean and orderly. The machines do a good job. The male attendant on duty looks mad all the time. I spent about $15 in washers doing approx 4 load (2 were super) and was starting to put things is the dryer which is .25 cents for 5 minutes of dry time. I put one quarter in and it went in fine and showed up. I put a 2nd quarter in and it seemed to get stuck in the groove slot so I thought put a 3rd one in and it will push the 2nd one in as well. But, that did not work. So I call for the attendant and told him what happened. He said the machine says you put one quarter in and I said yes because the other two are caught in the groove. he said well i guess you need to put more in. I said no I will move to another dryer when my 5 minutes is up . I am not an idiot. He walked away. I have not been back to coin laundry since.

Very clean and quiet

I would not recommend this facility unless, like me, you are unable to get to another during their normal business hours. The machines are more expensive and dryers dont get as hot or have as much time for the same price as other facilities in the area. The regular washers did not get my clothes clean and required a second wash. Overall, this late evening wash cost me almost twice as much and an additional hour of my time than going to their competitor over by Hardees.

Dont waste your money. Dryers dont heat up very well. Left with damp clothes.

Very rude, wasnt aware the owner doesnt allow washing of horse equipment. She snapped on me for no reason! Maybe if she had a better tone I wont feel as if I needed to review on how bad of customer service she has. Not a way to run a business!
