A great selection with a helpful staff!

Not worth going to. Couldn’t even talk to me about the size of my finger. I have been comparing carat size to my finger so I know what will look too big or too small. I have been shopping for a ring for 2 months and this is the first place that acted sketchy about sizing when I know my size. I’m pretty sure that this is ploy for them to prevent you from going somewhere else. If they are truly good jewelers they wouldn’t be afraid of that.

Happened not too long ago. Horrible service. The workers are rude. I think it’s because of the color of my skin. First they ignored me. Then when I got their attention they sighed. They didn’t listen to what I was looking for and kept showing me the wrong items. They refused to help me measure my finger so understand my ring size. I went across town to another jewelry store and they were happy to help me.

If you want to feel as if you are the most important client to someone then please come in to Heritage Jewelers. I honestly cant say enough about these lovely ladies. My husband and I do business exclusively with Linda and her staff.

On our first anniversty, we wanted a special gift for each othr. Found just want we each wanted and Linda Brown engraved his watch back with a little love. The service was perfect and made our day a day to remember. Jamie did a great job helping me pick out the perfect diamond earrings.
