Aaron was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Very friendly and informative. He was done with the install before I knew it. He spent some time to get me familiar with the satellite system.
I was very impressed with the professionalism of Daniel and his full grasp of the tasks that needed to be done and the way he went ahead and completed the install. He was also very conscious of any mess that might have been created and worked to keep things neat.
Very quick installation and well done! Ask for Marco, he done an outstanding job placing the dish exactly where I wanted it and did not have to drill any holes in my house for the cable.
My internet service was down and a technician was sent to my home to diagnose and repair. The tech, Jesse, was courteous, professional, and very efficient. Service was restored in a short time and has been working good.
I have never give a bad review until today but we are very disappointed with the customer service.I was told the technician would arrive between 8am and 11pm he showed up at 2:00pm .once he arrived he poked around in the ground and said a hole couldnt be dug and left finally around 4:00pm I am informed we could not get Hughes net installed so we dug the hole and now we are having to wait til Friday to see if we get Hughes net installed .so yes I would say very disappointed and very poor customer service.. I had first left a poor review and was contacted by the company who then set me up with a great technician who treated us very well and hooked our internet up with the added bonus of not having to wait until Friday.Thanks Entersource for caring about how your customers are treated and a big thanks to Aaron for getting us internet we are very satisfied with the outcome and customer service provided the second time around.
The service tec, that came here was wonderful!! He fixed and had to replace the parts, explained things we didnt even know about and made sure all our devices were set up, I was really impressed by him and give him the highest rate I can and more. To me he is the best service tec I ever had and you are lucky you have him as a employee!
The scheduling and installation processes were excellent. Now I wait to see how reliable the speeds and signals are. Hope it’s better than DSL provided by AT&T

The installation of my HughesNet system was flawless, even given the fairly nasty weather. Our installer (Daniel Bobence) was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and treated my property respectfully. Id be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Very disorganized and poor communication. There has some confusion with one of my contracts and so I had to talk to one of the managers. He stopped answering my calls and would ignore my calls. Very frustrating and I would not use them if you are trying to have a company with good customer service. Very frustrating.
I have never given a bad review before today, but my experience with this company has been so horrible, I hope it helps other avoid what we are going through. The customer service is unprofessional, they sell faulty equipment, and are a very poor representation of Hughes net.

Very poor customer service. We signed a contract and paid in full. Only part of the job was done. We had to wait two weeks for them to come back and finish the job. We were also promised rebates for some of the movie channels we got and have never received them. Installers also left behind a mess that we had to clean up. Not only did we pay the contract in full we also provided lodging for the Installers. After they installed the receivers we had problems with the remotes and requested new ones with in the warranty period. 8 months later we have still received no new remotes.
Tech arrived on time, was professional, and got the job done in a timely manner.
I was without service for 11 days before I could get a repairman, during that time all of my available data disappeared.
