Always surprised when I go into my local furniture store; the team working there is phenomenal and they provide exceptional customer service! I had never been into Badcock prior to Covid and none of the big box stores would deliver - my home town Badcock took care of all of our needs! Thanks for a job well done!

Ordered a queen bed and box spring. The first time I sat on the bed, the box spring was already broken. I called to have it replaced. The replacement did not take place more than 6 months ago, and now, the box spring is broken again in two places. Cheaply made. I called to have this replaced for the second time, and now I’m having to wait two weeks for another cheap box spring while sleeping on one that is broken in two places. My husband did not sleep a single hour last night. I wish I could get something that is at least good enough quality to not break after a few months.

Billy King is awesome always treats us fair. Furniture always last a long time. Wonderful experience everytime.

Went into Shelbyville Badcock Saturday. I was so glad to see Billy King back in the store. He had always taken care of my furniture and appliance needs. He had left and my GF and I had quit going in. We will be shopping only there now. Billy is the greatest!!!!!!! Always treats us with great attention and cares about the store and its customers.The store had lost that feeling when he left. I love the setup in your store, and the Sales Associate. Jamaica Johnson was the best. she was so helpful and polite. she has a very calming voice that makes you want to spend your money there. Please keep her.

Never buying from this place again. 2 of 3 times Ive ordered big products, they have been damaged. I get the replacement piece to a bunk bed only to have the replacement damaged. Either its terrible quality control, cheap materials(I vote this option), or just careless handling. People are nice and friendly but I dont want to waste my time and money anymore.

Their ads say no credit refused which is not true, I have been refused credit twice despite having good credit, it also drove down my credit score.👎

The man that helped us mumbled so low i could not understand him. There were 3 pieces i had looked at and decided to purchase. The man only got two of them. The 3rd piece was 599.00.

We will definitely be shopping at the Shelbyville Badcock again now that Billy is back! He was so helpful in getting us on the right track for our new baby. They set the standard for customer service. This place rocks!

Great salesman I had. Never pushy or pressure to buy. They actually let you make the decision and decide. I will definitely shop there again.

Dont waste your money on getting insurance with their furniture because they never pay it back is a rip off.

I have purchased furniture here for years great quality, great warranty, and of course the best people! James Garland is the person I always deal with he is the best but the blonde lady up there is always awesome as well. Go see Speedy he will get your house looking great!!!

Love going in and browse around Jennifer and gang are awesome we love our living room furniture and our new refrigerator too our son is still happy about his bed a couple yrs later been customers for years and will be for years more to come
