My husband and I bought our house from David Bradford and were represented by Kim Hicks. I could not be more pleased with the service we received from both agents. The companys commitment to excellence cannot be beat. The entire process was smooth and easy. If youre looking for a solid real estate company, give them a call. You will be so glad you did.
I called them about a house they had for rent, the guy i spoke with ask all these questions and instead of offering me to show me the house or even do a application to see if me and my wife would get approved, he give me the number to peacock reality to call them, which I called them before and they had nothing but over price run down rentals. Will not be calling heritage again and wont go there when ready to buy a house.
My daughter and her boyfriend were buying a house through them, the day of closing they told them they werent going to get it because of the flood insurance, which they had already had quoted. When my daughter tried to find out what the problem was they hung up on her. Initially said that they didnt receive the 2000.00+ dollars towards closing they had wired as the excuse to not sell, and told her they werent giving them any of theyre money back. They finally set up an appointment for 3 days later to meet them. 2 days after the closing date they were already showing the house. I assume to rob them of theyre money also.
The man that I spoke to was very rude and disrespectful when I called to ask about available places. I was polite through the entire phone call, but I will not be calling them again. Very rude, for no reason.
My family and I didnt have a positive experience with a particular Heritage Realty Group agent, Darin Hasty, represented the seller of our home. After being in our home over a year, we learned the fence to the east of our property was 40 ft., encroaching on the neighboring lot. We realize now the importance of getting a survey when you by a home, and legally Mr. Hasty is covered by the fine print located in the closing documents however morally speaking, it was an epic fail on his part. My advice to anyone buying a new home, always get the survey, also ask for any deed restrictions, and finally always be aware that not all agents are honest, due your homework and check out your agent to see if they have had complaints filed against them.
